Molto accogliente e personale davvero cordiale e professionale. Stanza molto spaziosa, servizio deposito sci e scarponi molto confortevole e navetta di collegamento alle piste super efficiente. Cucina davvero deliziosa, piatti ricercati e di ottima qualità.

Cons:

Cibo del buffet leggermente al di sotto del resto del servizio al tavolo. Camera pulita ma con qualche piccolo margine di miglioramento (macchie sul tavolino della camera non pulite neanche due giorni dopo il nostro arrivo). Porta del bagno rotta (no chiudeva bene) rimasta tale nonostante segnalazione. Porta della doccia ma sistemata il giorno dopo la segnalazione. Sauna accessibile solo senza indumenti. Capisco che la vera sauna è così ma non era adeguatamente segnalato al momento della prenotazione. Costo dell’acqua a cena veramente esagerato (5,50 euro per 75 cl). Capisco che è così nella maggior parte delle strutture ma ciò non significa che sia corretto verso il consumatore che già paga profumatamente il soggiorno

Hotel bardzo dobry, ale....
Pros:

Hotel bardzo ładny, wygodny , duży pokój z bardzo dużą łazienką. Śniadania wyśmienite, choć brakowało soków, wody gazowanej, była tylko woda żródlana.Jedzenie bardzo dobre, ale za napoje dodatkowo należy płacić. Psy mile widziale, nawet było miejsce do wyczyszczenia psa przed wejściem. Duży, bezpłatny parking. Bardzo pomocny , miły personel.

Cons:

1. W ofercie podane jest,że jest w pokoju zestaw do przygotowania kawy i herbaty - niestety był tylko express z kapsułkami, za ktore trzeba było płacić 1 euro. Darmowa woda żródlana, dolewana do szklanej butelki. Brak wody mineralnej butelkowanej.
2. Psy mile widziale, ale oplata za dobę to 35 euro- trochę wygórowana
3. W związku z tym,że byliśmy z psem w restauracji przydzielono nam stół przed wejściem do restauracji i to bylo ok, jedynie zapomiano o nas ,gdyż do kolacji stoly byly przystrajane np. na karnawał, tłusty czwartek, walentynki, niestety na naszym stole nigdy nic nie bylo, a szkoda..
4. Brak soków , wody do śniadania , można było samamu zrobić sobie sok z marchwi i innych warzyw, woda żródlana z kranu.
5. Do kolacji wszystkie napoje dodatkowo płatne, nawet woda

Vynikajúci rodinný hotel s dobrými službami, bazénom, detským kútikom a pravidelným odvozom lyžiarov
Pros:

Prekrásna priestranná izba . Služby na hoteli vynikajúce, skvelé večere. Krásny vnútorný aj vonkajší bazén. Ako bonus bol detský kútik, kde sa nevedel vnuk dohrať. Aj keď hotel nie je priamo na svahu, hotel zabezpečoval neustály odvoz lyžiarov na svah od rána až do 16.00 hod. Je to krásny hotel, určite sa sem vrátime.

Cons:

Nebolo čo vytknúť.

A nice hotel with some drawbacks
Pros:

A cozy family hotel, a spacious room, good breakfast and dinner, and very friendly staff. We liked the outdoor pool in the spa area. The ski storage room is well organized; each room has its own separate locker with a boot-drying station. The transfer to the ski lift is also well arranged — in the morning we never waited more than five minutes, and after skiing the vehicle was always waiting in the parking lot near the lifts.

Cons:

I was not very satisfied with the children’s area; it seemed poorly maintained — some of the games were not working, all the ping-pong balls were broken.
What disappointed me the most was the lack of privacy in the bathroom. The bathroom doors were completely transparent. I traveled with my kid, and it was very uncomfortable not being able to take a shower privately while he was in the room. Privacy standards may vary by region, but the hotel should take into account the needs of guests who feel uncomfortable showering in front of their children, and at least provide curtains to cover the bathroom’s glass walls.

Cons:

una sola sauna che era per nudisti, quindi è stato un servizio che non abbiamo potuto usufruire
buffet nel giorno di partenza che chiude alle 17: non si è fatto in tempo ad arrivare dallo sci e mangiare che era già chiuso
stante un pò fredde appena arrivati, anche se la notte poi si stava bene
cuscini un pò scomodi , troppo molli

Cons:

I would like to mention one inconvenience during my stay. Unfortunately, there was no iron available in the hotel, and the ironing service was not available on Sunday. This made it difficult to prepare clothes for important meetings/events. It would be very helpful if the hotel could provide an iron upon request or offer ironing service every day of the week.

Overall, everything else was fine, but improving this aspect would make the stay much more comfortable.

Pros:

Pretty much everything was absolutely wonderful! Our highlights were the SPA area, the proximity to ski lift and public transport and the super friendly staff.
