Loved my stay! The staff were all so friendly and welcoming. Dewik’s customer service is truly top-notch always checking
Pros:

Restaurants on the roof top and ground floor. Close to airport.

Cons:

Property is still under construction. Rooms are still abit old could do with an upgrade with the bathroom.

Great hotel with rooftop pool and activities
Pros:

The room was large, the bed was comfy. The bathroom was big as well and had a tub (but we didn't use the tub). The rooftop pool was nice and the seating areas up there were good. They had a few things happening in the hotel on Nyepi Day as we couldn't go out so that was good of them to do. We had a massage at their spa and it was quite a nice experience. They had music on Friday night and karaoke on Saturday night.

Cons:

There were no face cloths provided. The airport shuttle only ran every 4 hours on the day we were leaving so we couldn't use it as it started at noon. The staff didn't seem to have the same information about the services and shuttle so we often had to ask multiple times to find things out. The nearby beach was full of rubbish so wouldn't recommend going to the beach.

Pros:

Fijne ruime kamer en vriendelijk personeel. Als je een suite kamer boekt kun je gebruik maken van de gratis werkplek met koffie en thee. Internet was razendsnel op de werkplek. Was heel fijn.
Ze hadden zelfs een bioscoopje ingericht en een filmprogramma met leuke films geregeld tijdens Nyepi.
Het eten in het restaurant is echt goed bevallen

Cons:

Internet op de kamer was niet overal goed.

De werkplek werd gebruikt als speelplek voor grote gezinnen en niet per se als werkplek, dus het werd daardoor vaak luidruchtig. Ik zou andere regels stellen zodat je echt fijn kunt werken.

Very bad and disgusting.. I felt sick staying there.
Pros:

the most disgusting hotel in the entire world.. i get sick from how filthy the hotel is.. don’t get scammed by how cool the pictures are.

I have pictures i can show..
i’ll tell you my simple story.. as i checked in.. the staff are nice.. welcoming.. with smiles..
after entering my room.. and i laid on my bed..
it was really bad smell coming from all over the pillows!
i was like ok I’ll ask them to change it for new one..
after.. i asked them clearly.. bring me brand-new one.
they just changed it.
The smell didn’t go away.
after checking inside the pillows i just got sick..
It’s so bad.. i really tried everything to just let it slide..
i couldn’t.
i booked 4 nights.
and i was so tired.
I never slept even a bit.
in the morning i just searched for another hotel.
then i asked for the manager.
told her my story.
She was nice.
She offered to bring new ones.
at this point. I said no thanks.
old hotel.
it’s not even worth almost 70$ per night.
The manger she was nice.. i told her.. if i don’t get refund.. I’ll put my story in booking..
she didn’t really care.
