It was a pleasant stay
Pros:

The staff were pleasant and very kind. Very close to the airport. The bed was so big and they responded to our honeymoon request. They also were responsive by getting us meds at 4am.

Cons:

Pool is under renovation and the toilet area seemed a bit small.

They gave us family suite with doubled price. but it was same as normal suite.
Pros:

Breakfast was good enough, however every single day it had a same meals. Staffs were very kind and friendly

Cons:

Pool was in mainentance. There were always running pool construction work, it was being noisy everyday.

Cons:

Hotel war heruntergekommen und hatte Bettwanzen. Nach einer Nacht mehrere Wanzenbisse am Körper. Nicht besonders sauber.

Staff were all friendly and helpful, swimming pool.

Cons:

Room was really worn, dirty and unmaintained. The shower door made a big bang noise when opening/closing, floor panels had random screws holding them down from lifting, all tap/shower fittings were heavily worn, kids area was worn.

Comodo e servizievole. Bravissimi tutti i dipendenti!
Pros:

Chiaro si vede che la struttura non è nuovissima ma tutto super qualità prezzo. Staff veramente gentile e molti servizi. Anche i due ristoranti buoni e sicuri per noi europei. Navetta gratis per andare all’aeroporto. Comunque confortevole e di li puoi lo stesso girare per vedere le belle spiagge del sud. Anche buona posizione per andare in un beach club delle belle spiagge di Nusa Dua

Good choice close to airport
Pros:

I love the suite room and this time I try with private pool. I see I don't need it so if I come here again I will not book that kind of room.

Cons:

The hotel start to get old and hope they will refreshing the hotell so look more modern.
