Pros:

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel, and much of that is thanks to Hakan. From the very first moments, he created a warm and welcoming atmosphere — always friendly, attentive, and genuinely willing to help. His professionalism and kindness truly made our stay special.

The hotel itself also left only positive impressions: everything was very clean, the rooms were comfortable, the atmosphere was pleasant, and the location was excellent. Every detail seemed thoughtfully arranged to ensure guests feel relaxed and at ease.

A big thank you to Hakan and the entire team for their hospitality! We will definitely come back again and happily recommend this hotel to anyone who appreciates great service and a personal touch.

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour . Le personnel dans l’ensemble était accueillant et professionnel. L’emplacement est très agréable, calme et bien situé, ce qui rend le séjour reposant. Le cadre de l’hôtel est propre et bien entretenu, parfait pour se détendre.

Cons:

Seul petit bémol : lors du petit-déjeuner, le responsable et le cuisinier nous ont mis un peu mal à l’aise par leur attitude. Ce n’était pas méchant, mais cela a gâché un peu le moment du repas. Ce serait bien que le personnel chargé du petit-déjeuner soit un peu plus attentif à créer une ambiance détendue et accueillante.
