Bon séjour malgres tout, mais pas à faire en famille si on veut se reposer
Pros:

J’ai aimé l’emplacement
Et la piscine sur toit

Cons:

Le bruit, impossible de dormir, que ce soit dans le couloirs ou sur la route (vu que l’hôtel est au bord d’une grande route) les voitures et moto qui passe à fond empêche réellement de dormir

A mediocre experience
Pros:

The rooftop pool on the top is great. The employees are very friendly and supportive. Additionally the location is relatively good, as it's not right next to bangla road, but rather a 10-15min walk away.

Cons:

First night, we had a room toward a street, which was unbearably loud and also dirty (sheets and towels were dirty and even broken). We tried to leave and get a refund, but they only gave us a different room, which admittedly, was a lot better.

All in all, the hotel is not in the best shape, but maybe that is also just Phuket. The shower was never consistently one temperature, so it was somewhat of a gamble if you'd burn yourself.

In total we stayed 6 nights. I would not book this Hotel again and also not recommend it to friends. Value for money is quite good, but I believe there are better options available.

Cons:

My stay at this hotel was extremely frustrating. There was water leaking from the roof for 3 days, which made the room uncomfortable and unacceptable. When I finally asked to change rooms, they moved me to an even worse room instead of solving the problem properly.

On top of that, they charged me for things that were not my responsibility, like the water issue, which was clearly a problem with the hotel itself. The staff handled the situation very poorly and showed no concern for guest satisfaction. I would not recommend this hotel at all.
