It was okay but not the best I anticipated

Cons:

I didn’t like the policy of them asking guests to come with the cards they paid for their rooms with. I don’t think that’s necessary at all. If I have paid for my rooms online, there should be absolutely no reason for me to come with my card again. I mean nobody travels with cards anymore when there is wallet on my phone I can pay with. I had to pay again for my room that I already paid for because my card’s chip didn’t work for card verification when I was checking in. That really affected my trip because that was money I didn’t plan for at all. And the refund takes a whole month. What if I didn’t have the money to pay at the spot? Would I have been denied checking in and left on the streets of Phuket stranded? It’s really not nice. The management needs to scrap that policy because it’s absolutely useless and very inconvenient for guests. I don’t like going everywhere with my card because I can easily pay with my wallet on my phone. Also, toothbrush and paste, bathrobe and slippers weren’t provided in the room.
