Pros:

Çok yağmur yağdı ve dışarıda üşüdük. Otele döndüğümüzde kalorifer yanmış ve oda ısınmıştı.

La ubicación , la relación calidad-precio y el trato del personal en todo momento.

Cons:

Pros:

The location is perfect. Also the staff were very polite, it was clean and comfy.

Cons:

The facilities were not in a very good condition, it needs some update on the blankets, draft sheets, towels and furniture is too old and quite amortisated. There was a strange odour in the room coming from the bathroom which I didn't like at all.

Я далека от отельного бизнеса, но мне кажется, что всё организовано правильно.
Pros:

В Софии мы чаще всего останавливаемся у Дитер. На это раз нам досталась панорамная студия, тёплая и уютная, где мы наслаждались покоем.
Очень важно, что в отеле круглосуточно имеется дежурный на ресепции, который реально помогает во всём, что необходимо гостю.
Близость к метро и центральной прогулочной улице Софии - Витошка, наличие кулера, кофе и чая в холле отеля, всё это делает пребывание более приятным.
