Pros:

Небольшой скромный отельчик практически в самом центре города. Рядом остановки автобусов, трамваев. В 5 минутах ходьбы лидл купить всякое, в 7 минутах - Happy поужинать. В комнате чисто, персонал дружелюбный. В холле бойлер с водой, чай-кофе. Для переночевать и погулять в центре - отличное место!

Wir hatten ein sehr schönes großes Zimmer mit unserem kleinen Hund und haben uns wohlgefühlt. Wir hatten keine
Frühstücksoption, aber sehr gut war es an der Rezeption rund um die Uhr Kaffee und Tee kostenlos zu erhalten. Die Lage war sehr zentral und alle wichtigen Ziele wie die große Kathedrale oder der Vitosha Boulevard waren fußläufig zu erreichen.. Gleich nebenan befindet sich ein schönes bulgarisches Traditionsrestaurant mit einem guten Preisleistungsangebot und tollen Speisen Das Hotelpersonal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, die Dame die uns empfangen hat. half unseren mitreisenden Freunden geduldig bei der Suche nach einem neuen Hotel weil die Badtüren für den Rollstuhl unserer Freundin zu schmal waren und damit die Toilettennutzung und Körperreinigung nicht möglich war.
Das Preisleistungsverhältnis vom Diter Hotel ist OK.

Cons:

Schön wäre es wenn es Hoteleigene Parkplätze geben würde, in der Nähe ist ein bewachter Parkplatz der kostet aber pro Tag 15,00 Euro. Ein Hinweis an Booking.com: Ich hatte extra angefragt ob das Hotel Behindertengerecht ist und bekam eine positive Antwort. Es war soweit auch richtig ,aber man sollte die Breite der Badtüren erfragen, der Rollstuhl unserer Freundin passte nicht durch die Tür (70cm) und deshalb musste vor Ort umgebucht werden, was schade war. Unsere Freundin ist nicht in der Lage alleine zu stehen und muss bis vor das Waschbecken und die Toilette fahren können. Auch für uns eine Erfahrung künftig nach der Türbreite zu fragen.

Meets the basic needs, plenty of room for improvement
Pros:

Excellent location. Coffee machine in the lobby. 24/7 service.

Cons:

Curtains and towels had actual holes through. Bathroom was very mouldy. Carpet was stained. There was no hot water when I showered in the evening. The water was not drinkable either, tasted like rust. Other guests had a loud chat in the hall at 2 am.

Posizione centrale, e comoda da raggiungere dalle fermate della metro. Stanza spaziosa e confortevole

Cons:

Peccato solo per le difficoltà che abbiamo avuto con l'acqua calda del bagno, che è arrivata solo dopo un po' di tempo

Pros:

Only good thing was the location. Walking distance from the city center.

Cons:

After a long day out, in the evening there was no hot water for shower. Not at all. Then I taught maybe it will be in the morning somehow, but no, still just freezing water. Beds are too soft (this is just an opinion) and the restaurant doesn't serve breakfast.
