Location was great for sightseeing and shopping and room size was spacious.
The room was VERY hot and stuffy. Unable to sleep. On enquiry I was told that the aircon is switch off in the winter and that the central heating remained on without ability to control every room individually. A big drawback for us.

The location is central and convenient. Our room was fantastic, also having a lounge area made an enormous difference to our experience. The smart lounge area with tea, coffee and cookies available throughout the day was a nice touch. Further, the valet parking service was an especially neat tough too.
However, the staff on Reception were really quite poor and unhelpful with simple and reasonable requests. The cleaning and breakfast staff however were excellent so the problem appears to be with the unusually, all male Reception Team. Could we book a table on the roof terrace? No - we don't take bookings. Only to arrive on the roof terrace and see two tables had been booked for someone else!! Could we book a large table for breakfast as we had a group of fellow travellers in four other rooms - the reply was a flat, firm NO!!. No context, no alternatives or other suggestions. Finally, we and our fellow guests could not control the heating in their rooms so even when the system was turned completely off, it still kept gently blowing out warm air. Given the unhelpful nature of the reception staff, people didn't bother complaining and just kept their windows open and put up with the noise from the Plaza Nueva in front of the hotel.

A top quality hotel with very good facilities. Spacious well appointed rooms and attentive and friendly staff. The views from the rooftop bar were an added bonus.

Excellent location, comfortable room, amazing roof terrace and great breakfast.
Room was too warm and AC was disabled due to it being winter.
Airport pick up was especially appreciated! We also liked the 1st floor sitting area with complementary coffee . Room was very quiet

Die Fenster des Hotels sind gut schallisolliert allerdings nicht die Zimmer untereinander.
Man hört alles inklusive das laufen über einem und wird dementsprechend von allen Nachbarn ebenfalls gehört.
Mein Bad ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, die WC Spühlung deffekt.
Frühstück war ok, aber auch nicht mehr.

The plumbing needs upgrading. The shower was either solding hot or tepid. Made having a shower uncomfortable. The toilet also didn't flush properly. Apart from that. Id stay there again
