Stylish, well appointed apartment in a central location.
Pros:

A really well appointed apartment in a central location a fast walk down hill to Atocha station. Very simple process to check in and check out. It was stylish and really had everything you could need. We only stayed one night as a result of a train cancellation. It was great that there was no minimum stay period.

Cons:

A small issue with the shower - needed attention for a leak and to ensure the shower head stayed in place. The team to assist are only available for certain hours - but it was a minor problem that did not impacts us too much.

Nice apartment, but the customer service could be better
Pros:

Best location, and the apartment was clean and had everything we needed. The kitchen was excellent.

Cons:

Even though we had informed in advance by email that we would pick up our luggage at 11 PM, the access code to the building had already expired before that time, and the phone number on the door was unreachable. We eventually had to call an alternative number provided in the email, but the communication was very bad and kept us waiting for a long time. In the end, we managed to get into the building only by ringing other residents’ doorbells, and then went down to the basement level -3 to retrieve our luggage. This almost caused us to miss our bus. We strongly suggest improving the late-night luggage pickup process and customer service responsiveness. Additionally, the apartment had poor soundproofing, and there were odd noises during the night.

Daire tertemiz çok güzeldi. 2 gece konakladık bize her anlamda yetti çamaşır bile yıkadım. Konum olarakta güzeldi metro durağına yürüyerek 5 dk. Madride Havaalanından otobüsle geldik. Son durakta inip 10-12 dk valizlerimizle otele yürüdük çok kolaydı. Fiyat performans açısından muhteşem. Sadece ses yalıtımı çok kötü. Cephe cam giydirme sokaktaki sesleri ilk gece çok duyduk ama bizim için sorun değildi. Eşyalar banyo herşey tertemizdi. Mutfak eşyaları yeterliydi. Mutfağa Temizlik kiti koymuşlar. tuz zeytin yağı kara biber çay kahve herşey vardı
