המיקום נהדר. פוטנציאל אדיר

Cons:

רמת התפעול של המקום ירודה. החל מבלאגן וצעקות במסירת החדרים שלא היו מוכנים בזמן. דרך הזנחה וליכלוך של השטחים הציבוריים. המון חתולים שתורמים לפיזור הזבל על המדשאות. עשן מנגלים ומוזיקה בקולי קולות. לא היו מים חמים במקלחת! ובסוף התברר גם שחייבו אותנו פעמיים. אמנם התקשרו ודאגו להחזר אבל גם זה לא צריך לקרות
מקווה בשבילם שישפרו הכל. זה מקום שיכול להיות פנינה!
