Schlechte Servicequalität, Ausstattung im Prinzip passabel. Völlig unverhältnismässig: 4 Sterne?!
Cons:

Servicepersonal nicht geschult. Beim Frühstück eher tabula rasa, kein Kaffeewasser, kein Besteck ausreichend. Am Empfang teilweise uninterssiert, kein altiver Service bis aus Ausnahmen an einzelnen Tagen und Schichten.
