konumu gayet iyi. çalışanlar nazik. oda küçük ama yatak rahattı. kahvaltısı çok güzeldi. tek sorun klimaların merkezi sistem olmasıydı. odamızdan kontrol edemediğimiz için sürekli resepsiyonu aradık. bence bu konuda bir değişikliği düşünmelisiniz.

Breakfast, staff service, and access to tourist sites were good. However, the electrical facilities were insufficient. When I put the card key in the holder at the entrance, a strange noise was heard continuously. Also, the light at the entrance did not turn on.

Tek gecelik bir konaklama yaptım ve çok memnun kaldım. Herşeyden önce çalışanlar güler yüzlü ve ilgili. Oda eksiksiz ve temizdi. İhtiyaç duyduğum herşey karşılandı.
Konaklama sonrasında ise oda da unuttuğum şarj aleti hakkında ben farkına varmadan bana bilgi verdiler ve adresime ulaştırdılar.
Söztürk Otel de konaklama deneyiminden memnun kaldım. Tekrar Afyonkarahisar'da konaklama ihtiyacı duyarsan mutlaka tercih edeceğim.

The owner was friendly and kind and greeted us at breakfast. We had a large family and the gave us a large room with 3 beds and another room with 1 large bed and a twin. Easy check in. Breakfast was good. Very friendly staff.
