Comfortable and what we needed for our travels.
Pros:

Great air conditioner in the room. We have been traveling for a few days and stayed at a few different places and the place that we stayed before this location had a terrible air conditioner so we were hot the entire stay so it was nice to finally relax in a comfortable space during the heat wave. I also had a nice breakfast that came with our stay which we really appreciated.

Cons:

We were using Netflix on the TV, but the volume on it would not go up so it was very hard to hear. The volume on the regular programs was very loud but as soon as we return on Netflix, we could barely hear it.

Very disappointed we didn’t get lotion and they clean the rooms every other day.

They don’t clean the rooms every day we were there from Thursday to Saturday and they didn’t clean the rooms once

Overall very relaxing stay
Pros:

I liked that it was in a good area next to the CHP so i had no worries & the hotel looked very clean & nice. I lived the shower & the spray head was great! Very strong pressure the best.

Cons:

I didn't like the bed size, it said the beds were Queen but for me they were more full. I couldn't fit in the bed with my husband.

Comfortable stay in beautiful, very clean hotel, located near many amenities.
Pros:

Excellent bright, spacious shower.

Very nice employees.

Cons:

Anticipated more privacy between king bed and fold out couch in King Suite. Would have reserved two bed room had I known.

Hot breakfast food was ok. Recommend making Belgium waffles far less sweet.

Good enough but won’t stay again
Pros:

It was somewhat clean besides a gross stain on the comforter
And Bed was some what comfortable

Cons:

The water didn’t get very hot and the tv remote didn’t work after awhile also one of the elevators shook around too much
Probably would go to comfort inn next time :)
