Okay, not great
Pros:

Good location, spacious room

Cons:

I was in the very end room right next to the side entrance. The door opened and closed all night long, the latch was very loud. Very hard to sleep.

Nothing short of amazing
Pros:

The staff was amazing! I came out late for breakfast and asked what they had out of curiosity, the staff member told me she’d be right back and came out with all the options that were left! Amazing experience and everyone was so sweet! They even had free cookies out!

Clean and local to main locations
Pros:

The check in process was excellent and felt very welcomed! It's near a lot of locations that were in the area of 5 minute drive. Also it's very safe since it's right next to the highway patrol station!

Cons:

The breakfast was okay. It would be better if they served scrambled eggs daily with the sausage patty separate and the biscuit separate. The sausage biscuit sandwiches were a bit dry. The quiche was delicious though!

Really Good Modern Facility, Pleasant Stay
Pros:

Great location, modern features, very clean, great, helpful staff. Liked onsite gym, plenty of parking. Ontario Mills in walking distance

Very disappointed we didn’t get lotion and they clean the rooms every other day.

Comfortable and what we needed for our travels.
Pros:

Great air conditioner in the room. We have been traveling for a few days and stayed at a few different places and the place that we stayed before this location had a terrible air conditioner so we were hot the entire stay so it was nice to finally relax in a comfortable space during the heat wave. I also had a nice breakfast that came with our stay which we really appreciated.

Cons:

We were using Netflix on the TV, but the volume on it would not go up so it was very hard to hear. The volume on the regular programs was very loud but as soon as we return on Netflix, we could barely hear it.
