Gorgeous hotel and restaurant! Amazing service and excellent sheets and bed!
Pros:

The gentleman who checked us in was warm and friendly. The room was clean, beautiful and comfortable. The room service was excellent and the coffee and muffins were fantastic. We wish we could have stayed longer, but we intend to come back and stay again.

Glad to get a promo price

We liked the location in Old Town.

Cons:

The price for parking was exorbitant compared to the public parking, particularly since we checked in on a free day in the public garage and were charge $23 to park that day in the hotel area. The price for most things at the hotel exceeds the average for Ft Collins without necessarily improving on quality. Ft Collins is not a great destination deserving of premium hotel rates. We would not have stayed at The Elizabeth on their regular rates, but booked on a promo rate that happened to coincide with our visit.

Fun and relaxing
Pros:

The staff was helpful and it was perfect location. We got upgraded to a bigger room which was so helpful with a toddler.

We really loved our hotel room. Room service was great. We loved the bar and everything was perfect on Christmas Eve

We were never told when we checked in that if we wanted to have brunch the next day we would have to have a reservation. So after we paid $380 for the room and fees and our amenities we went to the restaurant, we were told they could not accommodate us. It was unfortunate because it didn't look completely filled and we spoke to several people including the front desk and continued to be turned away. My significant other who's in the service industry worked late on Christmas Eve not turning people away so this really did not sit well with him . However eventually we were accommodated and the staff was very nice. The brunch for two people with drinks and tip was $250. Even though everything was delicious unfortunately it really ruined my significant other's time on Christmas Day. I didn't realize at the time he was as upset as he was so since he's mentioned it a few times since then I thought I would let you know that it was unfortunate and it definitely ruined his experience. We live close so to me I could have gone home and made an omelette but it really did seem to matter to him. The idea was even though we live in Firehouse alley that we would come there to have a special evening and day and in his mind that didn't happen.

Great comfortable, unique place to stay in Ft Collins.do it!
Pros:

Cool personality to the hotel. Comfortable beds. Good shower and didn’t hear anyone else. Close to lots of shops and restaurants.

Cons:

Kind of expensive.
