It was family oriented and clean.
We checked in later than expected, and the night shift staff was polite and professional when we arrived. Unfortunately, our stay quickly became very frustrating come morning due to excessive noise coming from a neighboring room or possibly the room above us. There was loud music and noise throughout the night, especially around 2:00–3:00 a.m., and none of us were able to sleep properly. I personally only got about three hours of sleep.
The next morning, before checkout, I brought the issue to management’s attention because we were exhausted and concerned about driving home safely without proper rest. I asked to speak with a supervisor, but the interaction was disappointing. While she apologized for the inconvenience, she was rude, dismissive, and unwilling to help in any meaningful way. The only thing offered was an extension until noon, which was only one hour later than normal checkout and did not resolve the situation at all.
We even considered paying for another room just so we could get some rest before driving, but no accommodations or solutions were offered. The lack of concern and professionalism from the morning front desk staff made the experience even worse.
I understand that noise issues can happen at hotels, but what was most upsetting was how the situation was handled after it was reported. I expected understanding, empathy, and some effort to make things right, especially after such a sleepless night. Unfortunately, we left feeling ignored, exhausted, and very disappointed with the customer service.
