La ubicación del hotel está muy próxima a la estación central donde se puede coger el tren, metro, monorail o autobus. Llegas andando sin problema. Además hay un centro comercial donde comprar o comer. La recepción del hotel es cómoda ya que tiene aire acondicionado y sofás. La atención del personal es amable. A nosotros nos dieron una habitación que daba hacia un callejón en la parte de atrás y tenía ventana. Las camas son cómodas y se ven limpias. Te dejan agua y café soluble junto a un calentador de agua para que puedas preparártelo tu mismo. Hay nevera en la habitación. El aire acondicionado funciona bien. Hay servicio de habitaciones y te cambian las toallas y te reponen el papel y el agua sin problema. Ojo ofrecen habitaciónes con y sin ventana
Considero que el hotel tiene una nota justa de los usuarios. Aprueba o incluso llega al bien, aunque no llega a ser notable debido a que se han dejado de cuidar pequeños detalles. Las habitaciones son pequeñas, recomendables para estancias cortas (una o dos noches). A nosotros nos tocó una habitación con manchas antiguas de humedad en pared y techo. El cabecero de una de las camas estaba roto y medio descolgado. La ventana como ya decía una opinión anterior que pude leer de la misma habitación (407) tenía la maneta o hebilla de cierre rota, por lo que quedaba abierta, simplemente estaba arrimada, haciendo que se escuchara el ruido de los motores del aire acondicionado. Algo que cualquier manitas o personal de mantenimiento podría arreglar rápidamente. También había unas pequeñas hormigas en el suelo, aunque casi imperceptibles. La televisión también es algo que se podría mejorar, pocos canales y sin opción de elegir idioma. En definitiva pequeños detalles que si se solucionaran, éste hotel alcanzaría mejor nota en las valoraciones de los usuarios
The staff was very friendly to us and the stay was a good experience for us. Also plus point, the hotel is located near the KL Central so we can walk there and walk around in the NU Central Mall. Overall, everything is nice.😊

The sheets were dirty and the hotel felt run down, the hallway was very hot and hummid so the room was too when we entered and it took a while for the AC to work
