The good is, its near to the public transport.
Room is not clean as expected. No interesting channel for the tv. The remote for both aircond and tv is'nt working properly.
Alaxis hotel was in a great location - just opposite the shopping mall, near shops and a self-laundry service.
The staff were friendly and helpful.
The room was fairly quiet and the bed was very comfortable. Great AC, kettle, coffee and mug. Also a TV which was an added bonus!
I had to have cold showers because I wasn't told about the second water knob to turn on hot water - I asked at the end and they said it's to save water. Even though there was an electric heating system, this needs to be turned on too!
There aren't any windows - great if you like a dark room at night, but not so great for air flow / sunlight!
Also, fairly small rooms but big enough for 1 person and belongings.
Staff was very friendly
The man at the reception desk was helpful at giving recommendations for where to go and what to do. He is a credit to the team.
Hotel is in an ideal location and near the metro and mall and plenty of options for dining out etc.
Did not enjoy my stay here.
Had 2 rooms between our group. Both rooms had dirty, stained towels and bedding. Dried out blood on them and looked like someone had fake tanned then used the towels to wipe it all off.
Air con in my room did nothing. Just blew out semi cold air but didn’t cool the room down whatsoever so struggled to sleep in the heat each night. Even worse was that someone obviously smokes outside the aircon units or something as every night both our rooms would get filled with the strong smell of cigarette smoke and air con must be the only cause of this. Asked for the air con to be looked at. House keeper came and looked but just pressed lots of buttons on the remote and watched the unit on the wall.
The rooms say ‘deluxe queen room’. There was nothing deluxe about it. And the bed certainly was not queen size. It was a small double at most.
Shower was cold most of the time and gets everything wet inside the bathroom. Nowhere to hang up towels to dry.
Room overall was small. Barely any space to move around or put luggage.
It's a budget hotel near to sentral station only. The hotel is very basic.
The towels look like they really need to get new ones!
The room is very small with no windows at all.
The lighting is poor.
The shower has no temperature adjustment, there is a heater that works at one temperature.
When you take a shower the water will totally wet the toilet seat ad it is that close with no partition.
