I think, I do not recommend this hotel.
Pros:

Price was ok and slightly cheaper than other nearby hotels. Previous stay (single) was better.... but the services and management have obviously gone down since then.

Cons:

Room service is only 2pm - 7pm. So when you leave in the morning, you return to rest in the afternoon, and the room is still not made up.
Receptionist girl gave the excuse and defended very strongly the inability to clean the room because of lack of staff. Only one non-Malaysian who doesn't speak Malay or English much, to clean the whole hotel, every room it seems. If you don't have enough staffs, maybe it is time to close down the hotel business.
Room service was poor. 5 nights stay, tissue only given for 2 days.
One of the male staff was sweeping the lobby in the morning. I sat down, and he had no problem sweeping all the dust right pass me, in front of me. Can't do it at another time? Or wait till your guests have moved?
The room socket is also hanging with tape.
