The hotel good for what I paid for - air conditioning worked, staff was helpful and friendly, nice pool in the roof. There standing shower looked slightly dirty so I used the hotel provided slippers to shower. My only complaint is that the hotel corridor smells like smoke even though there was a no smoking policy in the rooms.

Room and pool were great, be aware that the spa is not free to use unless you’ve booked a paid massage or other spa service first!

The people are lovely and very helpful

This property has a really good location, you'll be able to walk to quite a few sites easily. There are also many restaurants around.
Even though the room I stayed at would use a revamp, and a few things could be fixed, the helpfulness and genuine friendliness of the staff made up for it.

Great location, large rooms, friendly helpful cheery staff and the roof top pool for a quiet swim each day was a winner for me.

The staffs are very nice, the breakfast is alright.
The problem is the musty smell in the hallway to the room and in the room, the bathroom is small and missing the shower door.

I had to leave another hotel to come to this hotel Because the Internet at the previous Hotel was horrible but this place it was excellent and the staff was so nice and for the price with a free breakfast buffet it was well worth the place to stay

Central location. Hotel a bit tired, but pleasant enough and good value for money. No porter assistance offered and steep steps to enter the hotel.

Excellent personalised service with welcome board when entering room. Management was brilliant and so was breakfast staff. They took extra care of us with our halal dietary needs addressed. Would definitely recommend this hotel. Manager went above and beyond for us.

The spa is closed and there is no welcome drink as advertised. Neither of these were important to me. I would stay there again.

I stayed in the penthouse apartment for 5 weeks and it was just as nice as my luxury apartment in DaNang.
The staff was the most helpful and friendly I have ever experienced. For a small hotel the breakfast was way better than expected and I ate there everyday. When the owner found out I needed potassium every day she had bananas and apples sent to my room and brought welcome flowers as well. This 3 star hotel was very much a 5 star hotel for me 👍

Friendly, caring, welcoming staff. Delicious breakfast. I like the dark pink sticky rice with black beans and shredded coconut. Sometimes they had the sticky corn with shredded coconut, chicken noodle, glass noodle with chicken, and the famous beef noodle pho. Stir-fried mixed vegetables with fried tofu was yummy too. I also like the rolled rice sheets with pieces of fried fish paste. They upgraded my room without my request and without additional cost. That was amazing! The pillows, bed, sheets, towels, and the bathroom were all clean and comfortable. Shower water temperature, airconditioning were all working normally. The roof-top swimming pool was clean with comfortable water temp, but small pool. What I especially like was that the room was quiet because I'm a light sleeper.

When i stay here then so happy. All staff are friendly and most of attractive point nearby.

We stayed here over Tet and had a pleasant stay. The staff was really friendly and helpful, and the free breakfast was lovely. Highly recommend the noodles. The room was very spacious with nice views. Great rooftop pool as well. Nice location easily accesible to the river and beyond.

Wonderful Staff and friendly... one of best property in DaNang compare your spending. Comfy and Cozy....
As like a 2nd home.
