It was hard to contact the reception.

The toaster is broken and smoking every time I tried to use it.
The fridge was making a loud noise I had to move it around to stop it.

Convenient location, poor cleanliness of room.
Pros:

Staff were friendly, with reception staffed appropriately.

Cons:

The room had not been cleaned - a previous guest’s near empty wine bottle was left in the kitchenette, and the bathroom has drainage issues - as soon as the shower had been used, the bathroom reeked of a urine smell that continued throughout the room for our stay. Highly uncomfortable and unpleasant!

Perfect suburban stay
Pros:

Nice disability room with plenty of space and great bathroom facilities. Free ACROD parking was a nice gesture too

Cons:

Bathroom exhaust fan couldn't cope with amount of steam from shower.
