Pros:

Cons:

Like most accommodation we book and stay at, the batteries for the Tv remote are flat.

I experienced extreme pain during the night between 0100 and 0200 am tried using lift to access my car couldn’t get it to operate- returned to my room call after hours management he took two calls to reach assured me he wasn’t on the premises “ call a ambulance “ when asked if they could access the building “ just go down to ground floor via lifts you don’t need swap card” repeated this advice couple of times . “ He couldn’t help me as he wasn’t on the premises he was close by” apparently. Ambulance came I had a three day stay in SCGH with Diverticulitis CRP 120 -IV Antibiotics, clear fluids bowel rested . Slowly recovering at home . Thank you to the lovely lady who sorted my car parked in the Wilson’s car parking.

Great location, nice spacious rooms, cleanliness and organisation an issue this stay
Pros:

Check-in was simple and friendly. The location was fantastic close to shops and restaurants. Traffic was minimal. The room was spacious and well appointed. Staff on front desk were mostly helpful, and continually apologetic. We liked the beds and bathroom. Kitchen was ok, had enough for short stay. The hotel was quiet, small amount of noise from traffic only. Car parking was ok, but if you don’t get a car parking on the 3 level you have no access to the building and have to walk a block outside back to the main reception area. Note dislikes, nothing offered bar reception apologies.

Cons:

The cleanliness and house keeping was a real letdown. The walls, carpets and couch weren’t the best, with stains but passable, just. The couch was very uncomfortable to sit on as the cushions didn’t sit well being a fold out bed.
First night we couldn’t find the TV remote for the bedroom, called reception, but they said they would arrange in the morning. Disappointed as we had had a big day traveling and all we wanted to do was watch TV in bed. On the first night also found towel with giant hole and the blue blanket in the cupboard had a gross crunchy stain (only noted after I slept under it 😤). I put the blanket in the washing machine to wash. Spoke to reception, who apologised and said they would replace. TV remote given. Upon returning that night after a huge day touring Rottnest, we found no new blanket and the one we put to wash still in the washing machine wet. So had to wait for dryer to dry blanket before going to bed. We also found that our lounge room had been set up fully with the fold out bed, pillows, etc. I can only assume this was done in error and was ment for another guest. It was very frustrating as we were absolutely baked from a big day and we had to spend time taking all the bedding off and trying to work out how to fold the bed back away, so we could sit on the couch and relax. Only benefit was some extra clean towels, well so I thought. Girls with long hair can appreciate extra hair towels. Bring on returning the following day after another busy day out. House cleaning had removed all the extra bedding (tick), that was in the lounge room but had also removed all the clean non used towels, but had left the two used ones (weird). And had sent us a clear message not to complain, by making our bed by just tossing the sheets over with the under blanket screwed up like a body. They did however take our rubbish away. We didn’t say anything to reception about this and to be honest I was scared to used my tooth brush, in case it was tampered with.

Convenient and comfortable place to stay.
Pros:

The property was close to public transport which suited our needs. The apartment was very comfortable with plenty of room. Staff were very helpful and professional.

Cons:

Having to pay extra for parking.
