Clean, well appointed, parking needs more information
Pros:

Comfortable bed, bathroom, well appointed

Cons:

Reception only there till 10pm
No where to park prior to check in
No Quest parking spots s salable by the time I arrived. Parked in a spot that wasn’t Quest and feared I’d be booked
No directions from parking to the door that led to the lifts

Will definitely consider using this group again.
Pros:

Convenient to the freeway/easy to access the airport but location still quiet enough to ensure adequate sleep.

Cons:

There was no milk for beverages but this may have been a “one off” oversight. As we only discovered this at 4.30am the morning of our departure I cannot say if I would have been able to rectify this through house keeping during operating hours.

Very decent place & staff, but not having decent internet really spoilt the experience.

No response to enquiries before arrival. Safe battery not changed and phone does not work. Internet speed is extremely poor and nothing could be done (so they already know about it)

Bedding (2 uneven single beds pushed together) makes for a shocking sleep
TV didn't work properly
Shower smelt terrible
Asked for a different room and receptionist did not resolve the matter

Near transport links comfy bed should be good value
Pros:

Very comfy bed. Close to freeway. Close to cbd.

Cons:

Not a particularly nice area - just close to road and train networks and outside rush hour - only 14 minutes drive to cbd. Quite noisy (building site nearby) and ikea next door is very lit up through the night. We stayed 6 nights and had to ask for clean towels and toilet roll as our apartment was serviced only once.

Okay - wont be back

The location is great and a very secure building.

Cons:

Our room didnt get cleaned at all on the Saturday they just asked if I wanted fresh towels and left. I had to ask for toilet paper as we has absolutely none and the cleaner didnt replace it. The aircons were terrible, the gym facility is terrible and the aircon doesnt work, feels like 40 degrees in there. Bags of rubbish were left in the room after the cleaners had been. Overall not worth the money and had tomoay $75 in parking as well.
