Great apartment hotel in great location
Pros:

Near new apartment hotel. Onsite parking, very clean and comfortable, 100 metres from IKEA. Easy access to freeways and arterial roads.

Pros:

Good location, close to train station, good restaurant downstairs, close to shops. Comfortable bed. Clean and tidy and quiet. A lot of light came through windows and curtains at night though.
