Would definitely recommend this property to those seeking a place to just relax and do nothing! Thats all we did! We stayed in the 2 bedroom beachfront villa with the pool and its all yours day and night. We went on a weekday, low season, but the bfast was still suprisingly good, instead of a buffet, you can order whatever bfast menus tht they have. Good experience overall but the room could use those full length mirror that other hotels tend to have cause its hard to get ready when theres people inside the bathroom. Other than tht, excellent!

Really nice and quiet resort for a short getaway, clean and friendly staff, definitely value for money! Facilities (e.g. swimming pool) might need a little clean up and maintenance though. Planned a mini birthday surprise for my friends with Siti (reservation assistant), and I’m grateful for her patience and arrangement despite it being puasa month.

Not as luxurious as what I thought

Lovely place and the staff could not have been more thoughtful but they had only 50% staff working due to vaccinations and losing staff to other work during lockdown. The service was not the best, menu limited and villa not cleaned as you would hope. Lovely stay and great place but not worth the price at the moment

The location and concept should provide for a really special experience, and in a way it does, but the little touches could and should make the big difference and, sadly, they were somewhat lacking. Service was ok, nothing bad but nothing great.

The team were polite, pleasant and engaging but they did just what they needed to do and nothing more. There was special welcome, not tour of facilities, no recommendations or encouragement to dine in. It was very much 'here's you key (and you only get one key!), here's you villa, enjoy your stay'.

Our Villa was a 2 bedroom. There was a slight smell of sewage in the ground floor room if you didn't keep the AC on. The condition was ok, but not pristine. The private pool was nice but debatable if the water was treated. Again, the detail missing.

Not by any stretch a bad stay, but it could have been made much more if there was attention to detail and service, after all, it's not a cheap stay.

room ok, but disappointed with food for dinner and service deco pay 265 but the result not as apected and quite high. normally hotel /villa will give foc deco for bufday and aniversay but this one I need to pay but the result we get not nice. so disappointed. plus at nite pool close for water movement in our private pool.

Fantastic accommodation - beautifully presented and spacious.
Staff who were working were fantastic, friendly and helpful, however it did feel slightly under staffed as breakfast could be quite slow, and they struggled to get back to us with requests.

Good privacy for the family with quick access to the beach

The service staff was amazing from security to housekeeping to reception and F&B! Peaceful place with very little guests running around. Fully equipped gym.

Wifi was weak though. In the room or lobby or restaurant. May want to improve on that! But other than that, everything was fantastic. Will definitely be back!

Tolles Resort. Eigener Pool am Chalet. Sehr gutes Restaurant. Aktivität gerade geschlüpfte Schildkröten im Meer frei zu lassen. Sehr zuvorkommendes Personal. Insgesamt eines der schönsten Hotels/ Resorts, die ich kennengelernt habe.

Very good for those that like less crowded environment.

Private pool at villa, and total privacy.
there are ample space in front of my villa for leisure while overlooking sea; and back yard the open shower place with inside oval bath tub is brilliant!

Like- Unique design, luxury villa, friendly staff, breakfast was ok but have limited option.
Dislike - under the sofa and bed has lot of dust, so as the wardrobe. The wardrobe sliding door was faulty, it keeps on slide off itself, it might be the alignment or track problem. Part of the pool was slippery.

Overall me and my family love it and we might return, hopefully they can fix all this problem.

Absolutely loved our time there. The staff were very helpful and polite. Would definitely go back.
