Great staff
The staff were fantastic, nothing was to much trouble for them. We will be coming back to stay again next year. The staff, the location for us was perfect. Food a few minutes walk in all directions. Breakfast was available every morning and was served by adorable restaurant staff.
Room was very clean when we arrived but seemed to have less and less done when it was serviced. We stayed 3 weeks and only had the apartment serviced every 3 days, so we weren’t demanding. We did it to get clean towels and water replenished. Expected it to be swept at the very least. The first week was ok but then the effort dropped away significantly to a point we joked about there being more dirt on floor when we would return to the room than when we left. However at the end of the 3 week, my wife then asked me what had asked them to do and I said clean towels and water so she said it was my ambiguity that was the issue not the staffs issue. So I got what I asked for so all good in the end. When I asked for room to be cleaned that’s what we got plus water plus towels.So if you want it serviced don’t bother saying anything just put the room service door tag the right way round and go out . Then you’ll come back to a well serviced room apparently.
Es war sehr zentral und das personal vor allem Tiffany und Tony waren sehr hilfreich. Sie haben uns bei privaten Aktivitäten unterstützt wie zum Beispiel eine Kino Buchung und wir konnten auch komplett stressfrei unseren Aufenthalt verlängern.
Personeli güler yüzlü ve ilgiliydi. Konum merkeziydi.
Yatak çarşafları pisti. Havlular çok eskiydi. Sıcak su yoktu. Odaların yenilenmesi lazım.
Думаю глупо требовать от 3🌟 отлеля уровня 5 звезд. Для трехзвездочного отеля он весьма не плох. Есть все для комфортного пребывания. На завтраках суп с креветкой был очень вкусным, также вкусный кофе. Убираются каждый день. Персонал очень вежлив, помогают во всем.
Постельное белье уже старовато, думаю можно заменить

The staff were absolutely devine. Helpful and kind. The location was great, it was near coffee shops, restaurants and marts. It is also walking distance from the beach.
The bedding seemed unchanged from prior guests. However, when brought forward, it was changed. The floors were worn completely making sand get trapped and then transferring into the bed
A acomodação não tem nada a ver com as fotos. O hotel tem a entrada em um beco, o banheiro é com cortina de plástico, o quarto e o hotel são antigos e ainda nos colocaram em um quarto diferente do reservado e o atendente falou que não poderia fazer nada para nos ajudar.
Logo que acordamos fomos para outro hotel por quase o mesmo preço que era infinitamente melhor, mais limpo e melhor localizado. Definitivamente não recomendo essa acomodação.

My stay at Pergola Hotel, Danang had some issues that I hope the team will address. The room’s flooring was in poor condition and the sofa was not properly cleaned there were visible marks on it. The shower was very small compared with the apartment’s overall size, with low water pressure and water that wasn’t sufficiently hot. Although check-in time is stated as 2:00 PM, we had to wait until about 2:30 PM to access our room. Also, breakfast must be ordered the day before, which was inconvenient for our schedule.
I appreciate the hotel’s location and the staff’s friendliness, but these points affected my overall experience. I hope the hotel improves housekeeping, room readiness at check-in, bathroom facilities, and offers more flexible breakfast arrangements.
Our stay at Pergola truly felt like a home away from home. The accommodations were exceptionally comfortable, and the staff was consistently gracious and accommodating. We also thoroughly enjoyed the excellent breakfast. I would like to extend a special note of gratitude to Tiffany and Tony, who were both incredibly kind and provided outstanding service. Thank you so much for a wonderful experience; we look forward to returning on our next trip.
