It was good value for the location. The breakfast room was unique.
The rooms were small. It would be fine if you just needed the room for sleeping. The beds were too firm for our liking.
Ok location.
Overpriced, old, not clean, mold on the roof. Poor breakfast. No mention that they accept only cash so I had to go to find ATM before they let me check in. If I wanted to leave my bags to the room they demanded to take my passport in custody as if I was a flight risk while the only reason I hadn't gone ATM before time is that they didn't mention cash only payment anywhere.

+schönes zimmer bzw. appartement,sauber und alles da was man so braucht,sogar eine waschmaschine.
+auch ein kleiner balkon auf den man gut sitzen kann.
+klare und nette anweisungen(eine der wenigen)beim einchecken und das zimmer wurde uns auch persönlich gezeigt.
+ waschservice verfügbar und auch bezahlbar,wäsche roch gut und war ok gefalten.
-wir waren noch nie in einem hotel wo so schlecht englisch gesprochen bzw. verstanden wurde.das war echt sehr mühsam,sowohl beim frühstück als auch später an der rezeption.
-zimmerservice war jetzt auch nicht toll 🙄
wir sagten es sogar persönlich das unser zimmer gereinigt werden sollte und 2 von den 3 dingen die wir explizit erwähnt hatten wurden „übersehen“ siehe Bilder
-thema frühstück ist auch eher schwierig.man muss abends vorbestellen was man früh essen möchte.und dann gibts auch nur das und fertig alles andere muss man dazubezahlen und das bar und auch gleich.auf rechnung schreiben ist nicht möglich,warum auch immer.🤷🏼♀️
-wobei das hotel selber nichts dafür kann,sollte man es mit erwähnen.baustelle genau gegenüber und aber 7:00 uhr klopfen,hämmern und sämtlicher anderer Geräusche
Reception was nice
The service does not match the price. We had booked 6 nights, but the room had a strong damp smell. There was mold on the shower windows and ceiling, and the beds were very hard—even the bedding smelled damp.
The area is central, but getting to the beach is a bit tricky, as you have to cross three busy streets, which isn’t easy in Vietnam.
The breakfast had very limited options, and some of the food was not very tasty.
We had to pay the full amount for 6–7 nights, even though we only stayed for 2.

Room 101 has black mold and moisture issues. The staff finally offered another room when I demanded my money back. The second room was much better.

Receptionist seemed polite but was not helpful when we asked about private transfers to Hue or help to book the train to Hue as we couldn't do it online at the VietRailway site. .

Very good location. 5 minutes to beach, a lot of restaurants and small markets nearby location. Friendly staff, I received help whenever I asked.

Good location, good for the price. The staff is wonderful. They helped one of our daughters who was sick by cooking a special meal. Would highly recommend this place. Definitely will come back here!
