とても快適で気に入りました。
Pros:

朝食もロケーションもお部屋もスタッフさんもとても感じがよくて、ホテル内は最高にオシャレで清潔でよかったです。お値段以上で、みんなかなり満足していました。

Cons:

部屋のクローゼットの蝶番が壊れていたのでネジをしめてもらえるとよいかと思った。ただ、ほぼ気になりません。

Hôtel de type industriel avec bonne localisation. Bémol sur la sympathie du personnel & le bruit côté rue.
Pros:

Bonne localisation, belle chambre avec de l’espace

Cons:

Personnel inexistant avec enregistrement en borne, pas de bonjour/au revoir. Bruit de la rue assez prononcé malgré le fait que nous étions au dernier étage

A very pleasant place to sat
Pros:

The hotel's location, vibe, staff, breakfast, size of room were all excellent. As was the free beer or tea.

Cons:

The big down side was that our room didn't have a view/window, it did have natural light coming in. That made it habitable.

Perfect base for exploring Kanazawa
Pros:

This hotel was a great location for exploring Kanazawa by foot. Easy walk from the train station or a quick taxi ride. Its location is not far from Omicho market and the castle grounds. The hotel lobby was beautifully designed and there was unique art and spaces like a tea room throughout the hotel. There is an afternoon tea service for guests and the Kissa Lounge had matcha and wagashi or coffee available for purchase. Everyone in my party enjoyed the breakfast (mix of set plate and buffet) which highlighted local ingredients. The moderate loft room was well-designed to maximize space, and was comfortable for the entire family. We also utilized the bike rentals and laundry room; both were reasonable priced and an added value to guests. The hotel also seems to put on community events like a rooftop music and wine event during our stay. Overall, it was a wonderfully experience that makes us excited to return to Kanazawa!

Cons:

The only downside to our room was the lack of a window with a view, but being downtown it probably would've been a view of other roofs. There was a shoji screen window that let some natural light into the room.

Overall, it was very pleasant.

The complimentary drinks were great! The staff were also lovely and the breakfast was tasty.

The toilet in our room smelled of urine the entire time.

The facilities should offer twice as many laundry dryers as washing machines.
