Pros:

Staff helpful to get parking as there was event ongoing when we arrived.

Cons:

Close to road so traffic noise. Dangerous U-turn point from other side of road when getting to hotel direction due to road terrain. Could hear next door neighbour talking/ TV so noise proofing could be better.

Pros:

The hotel lobby, room and bathroom were clean and comfortable. It had all the amenities needed for my stay. Seamless check-in process and staff were friendly

Cons:

The only issue I had was the aircond in my room kept switching off and on with the annoying clicking sound. After adjusting the blower setting, I managed to resolve it

comfortable business hotel in good location to the airport
Pros:

short stay close to the airport, staff was friendly and even remembered us from a few months ago, the club-room was much better than the previous standard room, clean and comfortable

the lounge is nothing special, there was nothing offered even though it was supposed to be open util 11pmm. I managed to get a tea-bag...
