Its just another stay
Pros:

Not impressive and at the same time not disappointed. I dont quite understand why the door keeper decided to welcomed us with the side door? the whole experience was just alright. The mineral water in the room were too small / little. But luckily they managed to give more bottles upon request to the House Keeping. The parking outdoor tent to have illegal parking / park at the side caused the image of the hotel not so great.

been staying here since they first open, always my first choice for business trip / leisure.
Pros:

good ambience, room. executive style.

Cons:

the aircon is not working, as such that we can turn up the aircon and the aircon temp is high fan and feels like below 20degrees Celsius.

Pros:

The front office associates failed to acknowledge my arrival—no greeting, no courtesy, nothing.

What was even more disappointing was the manner in which my request was handled. The Chinese lady (with distinctive eyebrows, whom I understand to be the manager) addressed me with unnecessary rudeness. While I fully appreciate that my request to change from a deluxe twin to any double room could have been declined, there was absolutely no need for the dismissive tone, unpleasant facial expressions, and rather unprofessional remarks.

A simple, gracious “no” would have sufficed.

Good option for staying in Senai - except laundry
Pros:

Rooms are comfortable, mostly service is good. Except laundry - the hotel cannot ever get laundry done on time (as they claim on the laundry form in the room)
