Pros:

The staff saw me on a wheelchair and upgraded my room to a more accessible room. The room was great, with accessible shower and levelled floor bathroom. It doesnt have a handle but for my use, thats perfectly fine because my wheelchair can be my handle.

Cons:

Nothing, really. If i have one complaint, screen mirroring is hard to use. They used older samsung tv so no apps built in and you're bounded by the channels they have. Screen mirroring doesnt really help for most streaming service.

Gracious and Kind! The world could learn a thing or 2 about kindness from the staff at Impiana Hotel
Pros:

So clean and efficient with no kindness spared to ensure my comfort in accessing all amenities. From front of house to the techs sent to help me with my digital access woes…purely my whoops, was so kind about my tech incompetencies!

Cons:

They won’t send their techs home with me to help me when I am confounded by WiFi access on my home network!

Pros:

Good value for money. Bed was comfy and room was big.

Cons:

Furnishings were a bit dated and there were pen marks on walls and switches. Parking was hard to find if you returned late.

Pros:

Staff helpful to get parking as there was event ongoing when we arrived.

Cons:

Close to road so traffic noise. Dangerous U-turn point from other side of road when getting to hotel direction due to road terrain. Could hear next door neighbour talking/ TV so noise proofing could be better.
