A very highly rated hotel gives me a slam on my head !
Pros:

Room is clean and spacious , comfortable

Cons:

On the first night of stay is really fine. Then on the following days of stay there is a power trip at almost 7 am in the morning and the staff tells us this is common and they will try do something about it. Worst of all the next day early in the morning of Saturday renovations works is carried and it's damn noisy with workers laughing and talking so loudly with drilling and hammering almost one full day. Called the staff a few times and promising to attend to the problem is just a gimmical lie. My brother is not feeling well and when I asked for extra pillows the tell is hotel has no spare pillows. Damn disappointed this time round !

Pros:

Friendly staffs. The lobby was huge with lots of seats provided with pool tables and free coffee and tea dispenser. Our room was quite large with a king size bed. Got ample space to request for an extra bed or bring your own portable mattress for larger families. Though the location was quite far, there is a 24 hour Ninso store nearby for those who wanted to get late night snacks. Will come back again 😌

Cons:

The location was quite far and it is within an industrial area but the hotel was quite lively at night with guests mingling and having late meals at the lobby so I guess the vibes is quite alright 😄
