The staff very friendly. Good customer service.

Location is okay. But surrounding do not have food resturant open till night. Is it no problem.

Hope the hotel can improve every aspects of the rooms.
Cons:

Sudden blackout in our room and didn't respond to our complaints at first. It was at 3am before we went to the receptionist and we got a replacement room but it was really bad. The towel that they gave us has holes on both of it. Blanket is also awful, the floor was not clean and the sheet also weird.

Pros:

The property is very closely located to Sunway Clio hotel - less than 7 minutes walk and hence close to Sunway Pyramid mall as well, where I change my money to local currency.

It was clean but the room is close to the mainroom. Is very noisy at night time all. Cannot sleep properly
