Really great, highly recommend!!
Pros:

Room was very nice, really quirky with attention to detail!

Pros:

Beautiful well-kept room, it was cosy! Wonderful food, excellent breakfast menu! Friendly staff!

Cons:

The air conditioner worked all night, but it didn’t cool at all, so we didn’t sleep all night and woke up already tired... we understand that this summer turned out to be very hot, but given that the air conditioner is present, we would like it to be useful.

Pros:

Large room. Comfy bed. Nice shower. Nice ambience and small touches like Roberts radio. Restaurant food was excellent as was breakfast. Parking on site. Great place to stay night before flight in Bristol.

Cons:

Room was dark. Lighting for makeup etc not adequate. Toilet brush and are around needed a good clean.

Lovely cosy weekend
Pros:

Really good overall stay, the rooms were lovely and in the price you got breakfast which was like a breakfast from a lovely cafe, some really good options with good coffee and latte art too. We also got a complimentary drink from the bar included. I liked that everything you wanted was within the hotel grounds. We got there fairly late 6pm so was nice to get some dinner which was lovely and just walk over to our room afterwards:) came away feeling satisfied, really good value for money.

Nothing, there genuinely wasn’t anything I could say to have made my stay better

Nice but room for improvement
Pros:

Able to park outside your own room if your lucky enough. Close to airport. Easy checkout. Stayed once a before better experience then.

Cons:

Kept waiting at reception when we arrived
One Miserable member of staff
Food high price and very average
Small but comfortable room however bed was small and main light in room ineffective

Langford Inn disappointing 😞
Pros:

The location was superb and the food served at the pub we very nice.

Cons:

The cleanliness of the rooms well below the average and considering the price of our stay it should have been spotless.

We were not going to Bristol airport and did not know it was nearby so were surprised by the heavy traffic before it was quiet as we approached Langford.

Could be a great place but the service was very poor - especially for the price - when we stayed
Pros:

The Inn and our room/suite were decorated and fitted out to a high standard. The breakfast was outstanding: generous and cooked to order. The breakfast service was great - very friendly and professional.

Cons:

The general levels of service were not good enough for the price we paid. We stayed on a Saturday night and there was a wedding or some other event happening. We had to wait quite a long time to check in and the service during our evening meal was poor. For example we ordered cocktails to start but were told we'd have to wait 20 minutes to get them, as the bar was too busy; they suggested just having a beer or wine instead. We had to hassle to get menus, and order and get the bill. Strangely the beds were only made up with one sheet to sleep under - no duvets and only one blanket between two beds. It's been extremely hot this summer but it wasn't actually that warm when we stayed. We asked for another blanket but it never arrived. Presumably weddings and events book a long time in advance, so it ought be straight forward to make sure there are enough staff working. All these weren't major issues and I'd usually be laid back about it, but they are charging a high price for their rooms, and they should be providing a higher level of service for the money.
