WONDERFUL STAY IN COIMBRA
Pros:

The location was great! Close to the University, Joanna Library, Botanical Gardens, and Restaurants. Keep in mind that you may still want to use a Bolt as the streets are hilly and steep.

The staff at the hotel were very friendly, helpful, and accommodating.

Cons:

There wasn't anything to be displeased with.

Beautiful antique hotel in a great location
Pros:

The hotel is beautiful, totally recycled from an old building, keeping the antique mobiliary. The room was very comfortable with a nice bath, divided for the shower. Very good breakfast and nice indoor swimming pool. Absolutely great location and excellent price-quality equation.

Cons:

The parking was full, so I have to look for a place in the street, but it wasn't difficult. And the temperature of the pool was natural, so it was a little cold for autumn.

Schönes Hotel in guter Lage
Pros:

Gute Lage, moderne Zimmer, Parkplätze vor der Tür. Toller Service! Wir haben direkt ein anderes Zimmer bekommen, da die Klospülung durchgehend leicht nachlief und im Zimmer zu hören war.

La chambre confortable. Accueil sympathique.
Piscine intérieure mais un peu trop chlorée.

Attente avant d'avoir quelqu'un à l'accueil. Parking prévu mais nous ne l'avons pas eu donc on s'est garé dans la rue.

Also 4 Stern ist extrem übertrieben. Sehr veraltet. Das WC und Bad sind nur durch eine Milchglas Türe vom Zimmer getrennt.
Habe ein Zimmer mit 2 getrennten Betten reserviert, aber so ein Zimmer gibt es nicht im ganzen Hotel.

Staff brilliant, super clean but facilities were not available and not up to spec for a 4* hotel

The Staff were super friendly and always willing to help. Breakfast was good and room clean and roomy.

Cons:

I booked a four star hotel because of the gym and leisure facilities. The running machine and weights were out of service the whole week so I might as well have booked a cheaper hotel. The sauna only runs when the steamroom doesn´t and vica-versa!!! Surely these thing should be sorted in a 4* hotel. Finally the bar was not open at any time all week!!

The apartment was large modern new and the staff Manuel gema and Rocio went out if their way to help us with our hertz car tire issue....
Manuel called the mechanics and helped us get our tire fixed...

O quarto seria muito confortável para um casal.

Cons:

O hotel não está preparado para receber uma familia de 4 pessoas, sendo casa e duas crianças. O Quarto nao possuia cama para os 4 e a atendente tentou defender o quatro com uma cama de casal para as 4 pessoas. Somente depois de muita conversa, fizeram a concessão de colocarem um colchão no chão.
