Super nettes Hotel, sehr Freundlich. Liebevoll Eingerichtet. Super sauber, Frühstück war aehr reichhaltig und lecker. War von allem etwas da. Uns hat es sehr gefallen. Schwimmbad sehr sauber. Sehr Zentral gelegen. 10 Minuten zu Fuß in der Altstadt und am Rio Mondego.
Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Eigentlich gutes Hotel mit einem Kakerlaken-Problem.
Pros:

Das Hotel liegt in einer guten Umgebung mit schönen Altbauhäusern, Cafe´s und Restaurants in der Nähe der Altstadt und der Uni. Das Zimmer war sauber und geräumig, es hatte einen ansprechenden Balkon, das Frühstück war mittlerer Standard.

Cons:

Der Fön funktionierte nicht und unser Hinweis an die Rezeption hat nichts bewirkt. In der 2. Nacht hatten wir Kakerlaken im Zimmer. Das Hotel hat am Morgen nicht angemessen auf unseren Hinweis reagiert, uns letztlich unterstellt, einen Rabatt erschleichen zu wollen. Die schlaflos verbrachte Nacht hätte tatsächlich eine Wiedergutmachung in irgendeiner Form gerechtfertigt. Die Reaktion des Managements war empörend. Erst unser Hinweis, dass es nicht in erster Linie um eine finanzielle Entschädigung geht, hat dazu geführt, dass der Ton freundlicher wurde und eine Entschuldigung kam, mehr aber auch nicht.

Estancia perfecta para pernoctar en Coimbra
Pros:

Lo que más nos gustó fue la localización y el trato recibido, excelentes!! Nada más llegar por la tarde pudimos disfrutar de la piscina, dar un paseo por los alrededores y cenar. Desayuno continental súper completo y personal muy amable y atento en todo momento.

Cons:

La habitación y baño, con ducha e inodoro cerrados por una mampara a la habitación, se nos hizo un poco justos al ir con dos niñas pequeñas aunque para una noche tampoco ha sido una molestia grande.
