Best hotel hands down.
Pros:

Best possible hospitality all around - from the quality and cleanliness of the facilities to the incredible breakfast service to the numerous ways the staff supported us during our stay - including by arranging a doctor’s visit. Five stars.

The hotel was a very pleasant surprise.
Pros:

First class! Adjoins a shopping center. Huge breakfast buffet. A number of small restaurants inside the hotel. Also, I liked the pool.

Excellent hotel
Pros:

Beautiful hotel with helpful staff and lots of excellent facilities. Our room was beautiful with a brilliant view, very quiet and comfortable. The gym, pool and changing facilities were excellent and we enjoyed the live music in the capital bar and the Sapphyr lounge. We also enjoyed sunset drinks in the Tiki bar. The high tea in the Sapphyr lounge was absolutely delicious and beautifully presented, although the service was a tiny bit slow. An absolutely excellent hotel and a wonderful stay - would love to stay again - really felt like luxury.

When we arrived at the hotel, they couldn't find our reservation for 2 rooms. We had to make a new reservation and pay the hotel, and the booking fee was also charged to us at the same time.
