Amazing hotel. The best customer service
Pros:

We had a pleasure of staying here for four nights that was extended for another 5 nights due to the war in the Middle East.We were allocated sea view club room on the 31st floor with access to horizon club lounge on 32nd floor. This hotel is amazing and most welcoming. The service is second to none.All the staff members from room cleaning, breakfast staff, club lounge staff, pool area, chefs and kitchen staff all work as coordinated team to ensure that our stay was comfortable. They are all approachable, courteous, and friendly. Always working as a team and willing to help us in every way possible. If fact, we think we were being treated no less then VIPs . We would like to sincerely thank all the team members for the support and hospitality that you all gave us. We felt as though, we were part of you. We highly recommend this hotel and will definitely come back.
The hotel has access to the shopping mall with many shops, entertainment places , a supermarket and food court.
The beach is literally in front of the hotel across the road . Nice place for evening walks

Worth the money, great location!
Pros:

Beautiful and great price but not an international 5 star IMO - needs a bit of an update but it’s still absolutely lovely.

Cons:

Just slightly outdated IMO also a lot of corporate events so as a guest you feel a bit awkward at times (dinner etc).

Excellent hotel with super staff !
