Good place to stay in Colombo
Pros:

Nice location. Breakfast options are great and tasted delicious. Being right next to the mall was very advantageous. The mall has a big food court and lots of shops and supermarket.

Cons:

Long wait times for the lift.

Excellent service of Chef Tito
Pros:

We recently visited the Central for the dinner buffet and we had a lovely experience.. Food was amazing and even the service of the staff specially would like to extend a big thank you to Chef Tito for being so kind and always smiling 😊 We will come back again for sure 👌

It was truly an excellent stay overall, despite some disappointment with the food options
Pros:

Hospitality and scenic beauty were truly exceptional. The cleanliness and supply of amenities were also impeccable. The experience was elevated by the outstanding hospitality, particularly from Sachith and Tharindi on the 32nd floor.

Cons:

The breakfast buffet didn’t quite live up to expectations this time. Additionally, the high tea and happy hour at the lounge had very limited options. Considering it’s a five-star property, I felt it could have been much better, especially compared to my recent stay at Hilton Colombo and my past experiences here.
