Labs liels numurs, patīkamie matrači un spilveni, regulara kopšana, ūdens papildināšana

Numuram pavisam nedaudz trūkst remonta(atrautas dekoratīvās līstes ap ieejas durvīm un drēbju skapja durvīm, trūkst dušas durtiņas, balkona durvīm nav aizkars)

Cons:

Some things appear to be patchwork. For example, on the way to the spa (which is a jacuzzi + electric Finnish sauna, but clean at least) there was a storage area hidden with a blanket. Check in is at 4 but the spa is somehow closed by 4 (they still let us in, but no services like a massage). The massage prices are high, especially for such a mediocre place. The service at the front desk and kitchen was not so great, we felt like an inconvenience to them (ok, we were there at down season in December and not so many people there at that time). Breakfast food is OK. Clean overall.

Заселили с повышением номера до Люкса - Благодарность менеджеру Софии! Все очень по семейному, приняли с теплотой и любовью. Удивительно и не везде такое отношение к гостям как здесь. Кухня ну просто потрясающая домашняя еда, как у Бабушки в детстве! И главное столько - что просто не съесть! И выпечка и сладкое и первое и второе! Особая благодарность доктору Ирме, занималась с нами как со своими детьми. Нужно было сдать кровь, все устроили в лучшем виде в соседнем здании за умеренные деньги, удивило что тут удалось сдать кровь даже на Гормоны, лаборатория своя, результаты приходят на след. утро. Есть сауна и джакузи за небольшую доп. плату. На ресепции работают отзывчивый персонал, особенно можно выделить Нино за ее теплоту и желание всегда придти на помощь, свободно говорит на русском языке и является весьма симпатичной девушкой! Наверное если буду в Цхалтубо - скорей всего снова выберу этот отель, здесь все как одна большая семья - за что спасибо Владельцам гостиницы.

Очень дружелюбный и отзывчивый персонал, все работники потрясающие )
В номерах чисто, номера огромные
Питание по типу шведского стола отличное, голодными точно не останетесь

Ok, aber wenn man nichts unternehmen möchte
Pros:

Da wir die Lost Places in Tskaltubo sehen wollten, war der Standort ok. Sonst ist aber auch in Tskaltubo nichts los. Zumindest nicht im Oktober.

Cons:

Wir hatten das Hotel extra wegen dem Innenpool gebucht, um den letzten Tag dort ein wenig zu relaxen. Aber der war geschlossen. Die Bar war auch zu. Sonst war der Ort auch wie ausgestorben.

Pros:

Персонал очень любезный. Еда нам не очень понравилась. В следующий раз приеду сюда, только буду брать без питания и ихних процедур. Процедуры можно брать отдельно, но не в гостинице. А насчет питания, в городе очень много ресторанов, готовят очень вкусно и цены очень умеренные.

Матрасы ужасные. Спина болела конкретно. Утром не могли вставать
