Not as good as I hoped.
Pros:

The staff were friendly and helpful.
A good choice of breakfast options although I'm not a big breakfast eater. Toast and marmalade was enough for me.
The hot water in my room was plentiful and the towels were white and fluffy.

Cons:

The hotel has seen better days. It's tired and needs refurbishment.
My room was adequate but most of the painted surfaces were chipped and scratched but also sticky.

Pros:

Great hotel, close to where we needed to be. Amazing staff and food. Facilities a little tired, but soooo pleased that as a family of 5 we could all fit in one room!

Good for a night in Fareham.
Pros:

Staff were friendly, it had parking, bed was comfy, lovely breakfast.

Cons:

Coffee wasn't too good. Communal areas a little tired but not terrible.

Pros:

The staff were lovely and relly helpful. Although they seemed to be understaffed.

Cons:

The food was about average but could have been hotter. There was obviously a lack of staff and the hotel seemed to be run on a skeleton staff covering reception, bar and restaurant. Rooms were not clean especially the shower, it could have done with a deep clean.

I was very disappointed it was not worth the money.
Pros:

The breakfast was good and the staff provided wonderful service.

Cons:

The room smelled musty and damp. Had to leave the windows open to air it out. The evening staff in bar totally ignored us while we were waiting for service so we left the bar.

Pros:

Personeel vriendelijk( vooral Kirsty) Het ontbijt was lekker en meer dan genoeg. Parking aan hotel.Wandelafstand tot in Fareham.

Cons:

De matras was echt aan vernieuwing toe!! Kirsty heeft voor een oplegmatrasje gezorgd.
Lawaai van het verkeer(druk rond punt)
Badge kamerdeur moest om te haverklap terug geactiveerd worden!
Geur in de gang.. tapijt??

Pros:

Nice little breck

Cons:

Tv kept turning of every 10 mins and the bathroom looked like it was falling apart with so much sealant around the bath and sink and wasn't as clean as it could of been, and the fixings on the wall are not straight in the bedroom

Ok.
Pros:

Bed is comfortable and big. Staff generally nice although some members are nicer than others.

Cons:

Bathroom is worn and stained. (Maybe mouldy?) Toilet constantly running. Constant droning noise of a machine somewhere. Heavily overpriced.

On balance, slightly disappointing.
Pros:

Generous portions at evening meal. Reasonable prices. Friendly evening bar-keep.

Cons:

'Full English' breakfast a little sparce; had to ask for toast and only received four slices for three diners. Very tiny 'en-suite'. State of decoration leaves a little (lot?) to be desired.
