The location was good food was good and staff were friendly and helpful.
The beds weren't very comfortable and shower in our room was not working properly it needs a good clean or change. The fan could be a free standing fan instead of a benchtop one.
Staff was excellent
The staff were friendly and the breakfast was reasonable.
The hotel is very shabby and could do with an overhaul. Peeling paint, weeds growing everywhere outside. Not appealing at all.
The inside was dirty - cobwebs around the window sills in the bar area, and the bin in our room still had the previous visitors rubbish in.
The bed had the thinnest mattress I have ever seen.
There were large holes in the woodwork in the bathroom door - big holes as if someone had tried to break the door down.
Location ideal for us as a stop over, breakfast was okay
Room very small despite being a “better” than standard room
Shower head leaking, screen opens when standing in the bath
Lots of dust around the room (skirting boards, radiators, windows)
Not the best quality ingredients (cheap sausages) but okay
les lits , tres fatigués.
Friendly helpful staff.
It was pet friendly
De locatie. Er was een bar met tv.
Het hele hotel: oudbollig en vies.
Er was schimmel in de badkamer, er werden geen prullenbakken geledigd. Gebruikte handdoeken werden niet opgehaald bij een verblijf van 4 nachten.
Breakfast excellent
Staff confusion at check in as regards my pet after a very tiring journey could have been avoided. Staff at breakfast and manager apologised for detail bring missed
Excellent - very beautiful place and very good and helpful staff 😀.
Nothing
I made the choice of this hotel more for the location and price. I had to stay overnight unexpectedly and wanted somewhere between Hampshire Bowl and Hayling GC.
I needed to park my car have a bed for the night, a good shower and a tasty breakfast which I got. The hotel itself is dated and tired but served my purpose adequately!
Not the hotels fault but the traffic noise is constant as alongside a very busy road system.
I should think the hotel was there before the motorway!
Staff (Jody) welcome and breakfast service was excellent. Parking good, bar and restaurant friendly and accomodating. Chicken and Ginger soup lovely. Liver and bacon really nice. Room with bath and shower en suite was perfect. Heating lovely. Really nice old building kept well maintained, homely but fresh and well presented, fresh and very clean. Coffee and tea available. Breakfast included. Will definitely book again.
Nothing. All good.
Leuk hotel. Het staat aan een rotonde, maar wij hadden een kamer aan achterzijde en hebben niets van het verkeer gehoord. Heerlijk avondeten en een prima ontbijt, er was voldoende keuze en iets aanpassen was geen probleem. Vriendelijk personeel. Nette kamer en goede bedden.
Niets
Staff are absolutely lovely and the place is in a great location. Room was clean. Shower pressure is surprisingly good!
The place is a little outdated. Several fixtures are broken or just require replacing. No mention of wifi. Electrics were a bit dodgy with flickering lights (although I am also half convinced the place is haunted).

Food was good.
The staff were super helpful and friendly. The food was great too. The building is pretty and it's location is decent in relation to other places of interest.
The interiors aren't great with stapled lino floors, a showerhead that wouldn't stay up. The shower leaked down into the restaurant. The room was very warm and stuffy with no air conditioning. No toiletries provided. Keycards deactivate if they're in a phone wallet.
Nice bar and restaurant downstairs. Excellent steak and ale pie meal for dinner and very good value. Good cooked breakfast. Southampton hotels were heavily booked this weekend so price very reasonable in these circumstances. Friendly atmosphere. Room was clean and comfortable.
Minor niggles about room difficult to use sink to clean teeth because of shelf position. Hard edges to wooden bed frame left a couple of small bruises. No major issues.
Le personnel sympathique ,le cadre façon vieux pub
La literie est très fatiguée et les mûrs ont besoin d'être rafraîchis
