Pros:

The first lady who booked us in was friendly

Cons:

When I went for a shower getting out it was dangerous and I slipped and fell out. Hurt myself. So the other 2 guests didnt even bother. The bathroom wasn't very clean dirt at bottom of shower glass. Very noisy

Pros:

Friendly staff....nice breakfast....pub food was pretty reasonable price.

Cons:

This is not unique to this hotel...quite a common problem imo..very small bathroom sink, which is then made more difficult to use by putting a shelf above it.

It is a bit pricey for what you get
Pros:

The breakfast each day was very good. I love this town as I used to live there

Cons:

The room was very tatty and very dated. The room was not cleaned each day and tea and coffee was mot replenished each day, there are no fans to keep the room cool during hot weather

A nice break in a nice place with nice people.
Pros:

The bed should have had its own postcode it was so big, my room overlooked the back so I think that kept the noise level down. All the food was cooked to order and was of a really good quality. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. I had a really good stay and would recommend this for anyone looking for a break. A very good nights sleep.

Cons:

There was no plug in the basin, but they were not aware of that I am sure it has already been resolved. It is difficult to find your way into at first.

Don’t be put off by first sight.
Pros:

Location ideal for our trip to Southampton. The staff were great. The breakfast was excellent too.

Cons:

The property is very tired and careworn it needs a lot of money spending on it to bring it up to modern standards.
