Please note the on-site restaurant is closed on Sunday evenings and on Bank Holidays. It is also closed on Monday and Tuesday lunchtime. If you would like a table in the restaurant please advise the property in advance as the property may not be able to accommodate same day bookings.

Please note check in after 20:00 is only possible upon prior arrangement, as the property does not operate a 24 hour reception.

All rooms include a continental breakfast. A cooked breakfast is available from GBP 6 per person.

Please note that Sunday stays are offered on a room-only basis, as breakfast is not available on Monday mornings.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. Somewhere you would always wish to return to
Pros:

Location is ideal for Scunthorpe centre but not if you want a view, however the rooms and the food make up for that. The breakfast is tremendous and from experience the food in general is something very special.

Cons:

To be critical the entrance controls both on leaving and entering after reception closed. They aren't totally obvious.

Pros:

modern, easy to find & suitable for the night - restaurant was close & easy to get a table with.

Cons:

Nothing to report - its what i expected & wanted. Cost was on the higher end for the locality.

Staff were lovely !
Pros:

I liked the decor, the bed was comfortable, room layout was well thought out (room102).
Staff were lovely. Only had the included continental breakfast, and it was fine.
Only minus point is that the restaurant used for breakfast is in the building next door, but at least it stops lazy customers going for breakfast in their jimjams or nightgown 😀

Lovely room

Cons:

Paid £130 for 2 people, only 1 bath towel and 1 bath robe. Hardly any toilet roll, had to go out and buy more. Was an adjoining door onto another room that was locked don’t get me wrong, but you could hear them talking and shouting. Not what I wanted for a night of piece. Also the hotel pre authorised £100 on your card in case you go to the restaurant, in my case I didn’t use the restaurant but took over 7 days for it to be put back on my card! Will not stay here again

Pros:

The hotel rooms are modern, stylish and comfortable. Staff were welcoming and informative. Continental breakfast included which offered enough choice. Location to town centre is within walking distance but far enough to be quiet.

Brilliant well thought out hotel with fantastic staff and great food
Pros:

Really nice hotel clean tidy and interesting

Cons:

Whilst the location is great for the town it doesn’t look the best when you approach it. Although the hotel makes the best of what it’s got.

Would not recommend, staff recieved feedback but nothing in return to rectify or improve our stay.
Pros:

The bath tub was the nicest part of the room (303)

Cons:

Curtains falling off, untidy reception area, poor quality decor, stains on bedding, poor choice for included breakfast, location poor with homeless people in tents directly out of window, dated design very gaudy, unstocked fridge and tea/coffee making facilities, broken fan and hot room, uncomfortable mattress, staff minimal effort to rectify. Extremely extremely overpriced unaligned with quality.

It’s easy to find on edge of town, good parking, secure access with friendly staff.
