Reataurant is superb, so too are the staff but the accommodation lacks soundproofing and airconditioning.
Pros:

The restaurant was amazing.

Cons:

The room was too hot. The bedding was too thick and despite putting the fan on I woke up constantly over heating. No windows to open on the ground floor. Walls are thin and I had an adjoining room where it sounded like the guy next door was actually in the same room as me. Extractor fan noisy. Had to stand on a plastic stool to switch it off. Floor had not been hoovered. Bathroom needs regrouting.

Hotel was excellent and restaurant was very good serving quality food
Pros:

I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the hotel in the location everything and everyone were excellent. The room was was very comfortable with some nice additions like TV over the bath and fresh milk in fridge for tea/coffee.

Cons:

Excellent stay exceeded my expectations

Pros:

The one member off staff that was on Sunday morning was v helpful tho

Cons:

No staff at reception when checking in or out
Just one member off staff on Sunday morning doing breakfast and running the hotel, all doors were locked to the wedding venue , so we couldn’t collect goods, you would off thought there would be staff to help after a wedding

Would not stay again overnight but would visit the lovely restaurant again

Cons:

Room was cold & dark when we arrived heating wasn’t working and had a bulb out in an already dark room
Girl on reception was amazing sorted heating out and changed bulb this all took
About an hour
Room was very dark decor and dusty in places on closer inspection
Bathroom was so cold and shower area didn’t look very clean shower was luke warm on full
Only one packet of biscuits and no hot chocolate and stained cups
Only 1 small bottle of water
Car park badly lit we couldn’t find the entrance as so dark had to ask someone how do we get in
Car park literally right outside the bedroom window car parked about 1 foot from window
Said breakfast included in the price but on arrival was told this is continental breakfast only and had to preorder if wanted cooked breakfast at £18 suppliment per breakfast

Lovely quiet

Cons:

11am was check out and got a knock on the door 9.30 asking if we was ready to check out. If you want a few hot drinks in the morning take some milk as you only get left a small amount in fridge
