Pros:

The best hotel in Scunthorpe
Pros:

lots of free parking on site. Room was spacious . Large comfortable bed and good selection of pillows. There was a fan and heater in the room. Tea and coffee facilities with good sized mugs and glass selection. Molton brown products in bathroom and a TV above bath. Towelling robes and slippers available. Staff contacted us prior to our stay to discuss check in options. Excellent restaurant on site with relaxing outside garden area where you could eat or relax with a drink. Breakfast offered a lovely selection of fresh fruits, yogurt toast cereal and preserves included in price. Coffee selection included latte, cappuccino etc with staff very attentive and returning to offer additional drinks. Croissants and pan au chocolates were delicious and fresh out of the oven. Usually the continental option would not be for us but it was exceptional. Staff were very friendly and welcoming with other guests seeming to be returning guests and welcomed like family. We were advised by a local that we had chosen the 'best hotel in Scunthorpe' and we would definitely agree.

Cons:

Minor issues but worth a mention. Shower was very difficult to turn on and off. In fact I was unable to turn it off on the two occasions I used it relying on my husband. The dispensing pumps on the products that were available were not functioning properly only dispensing tiny amounts of shower gel and shampoo making it almost impossible to use them. Thankfully I had brought my own. The reception is not staffed but staff can be found in the restaurant if needed. There was no water in the room and this was purchased from the restaurant but was quite expensive £4+ for 750ml bottle. Hairdryer was dated and had no nozzle but was still available.

Lovely experience, would stay again!
Pros:

The bed was very comfortable, the food was amazing, and the staff where very welcoming.

Cons:

Nothing, although the food is premium so is expensive, note this before staying if your on a budget.

Cons:

Only a couple of small things there was only one bottle of water in the room for 2 guests and also do not supply decaf coffee

More than satisfactory
Pros:

Great value for money.
Clean,good parking & lovely staff.
Very accommodating & the restaurant is fabulous.

Cons:

It’s on the edge of an industrial estate which is never ideal, however the facilities kind of offset that.
