Security Deposit
A refundable £200 deposit is required for all bookings as a security deposit via a valid credit card matching the name of the main guest.
This security deposit will be returned automatically to your card two days after departure. The deposit will be retuned in full subject to:
1) No damage to the apartment, furniture or any items in the apartment: damaged, stained or missing.
2) No smoking, no vaping, no marijuana in or in the vicinity of the apartment: (including smoking out of the windows)
3) No noise after 9pm: To ensure a peaceful stay for all our guests we have a “No-Noise after 9pm” policy that means we ask for all guests to ensure that after 9pm there is no loud music or loud social gatherings in their apartment.
4) No illegal activities or use of any illegal drugs including N20 gas
5) No excessive cleaning being required
6) No cause for security or police to attend
7) Return of traditional key cards if issued (£5 per card)This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.

The apartment was clean, comfortable, quiet and very well equipped. The location is ideal for shopping being opposite the Arndale Centre and for entertainment being close to the "Northern Quarter". The free city centre bus stops around the corner, making access easy.

Amazing location and flat was spacious and clean. Very comfortable and the staff were lovely. Quiet and incredible value
No air conditioning so it was a little toasty but a fan was provided so it was fairly comfortable. Blinds were broken in the bedroom.
We loved the space to relax and the free laundry.
Alison was super friendly and welcoming, with local advice.
The area was perfect, across the road from a shopping area, and public transport.
All the restaurants around made it difficult to choose where to eat and walking distance to various sights around the city.
We paid for parking at the shopping mall across the road.

Property is perfect for a group of three (or even four!). Location is really ideal for first-timers in Manchester, everything is accessible and nearby! Property is also clean and spotless, making my trip comfortable.
There was a leak coming from our bathroom at night, but it was fixed as soon as possible for everyone’s comfort, and beds are too comfy, nearly fallen asleep all day!
Great location & most importantly it was a quiet building.
Sadly no air conditioning - there was a fan but didn’t do much!

Location was great clean and easy access.
This is my second stay and I assumed it would be as nice as the first. The room was on the fourth floor and the heat was unbearable even with the fans in the property. This apartment was very small and didn’t have the same touch as the one I stayed in previously in the same block however it was clean and great location so overall good.
Great location, accessible - very central and easily locatable after a night out.
Lampshade was broken so if you moved it, it essentially collapsed. The main living room blinds also didn’t fully cover the room so we had to improvise. Microwave had to be moved to other end of work top as there was no plug for it. Despite these small flaws we would definitely look to revisit, the place was very clean, hosts were super friendly and keycard configuration which made access very convenient. Super comfy bed too.
