Wow, what a gem of a find!
Pros:

Everything you need for a home from home, really clean, very comfortable, decor was great and a fab location. Host was very quick to respond. Will stay again and highly recommend it.

Good proximity to the northern quarter, but too noisy for my liking and the accommodation felt a bit tired and badly lai
Pros:

It was very central, probably too central though

Cons:

Quite noisy from the tram outside and nearby clubs, the place felt a bit tired and badly laid out, the dining table is too close to the kitchen which makes it hard to use, the bathroom light is dodgy, there isn’t adequate washing up equipment, and the hot water didn’t really work.

everything from start to finish was incredible, such a clean and cozy space. the location is insanely good with everything you could need on your doorstep plus extras, Alison was a fabulous host and really enjoyed meeting and having a little chat with. Will definitely be returning to this property again! 1000000 stars from me and my partner.

Good cleanliness, comfy beds, appropriate level of utensils and equipment for a short stay.

Cons:

Unfortunately the hot water stopped working after the first evening, meaning every shower was ice cold. This did not improve or resolve throughout the stay. I was disappointed as I had stayed previously and had no issues at all.

Pros:

What a find! The high ceilings make the space feel so open, and having all the 'mod cons' made my stay effortless. It’s perfectly central, so I walked everywhere. The staff were incredibly welcoming; it felt much more like a home than a standard hotel stay.

Cons:

Tram noise but that stops after a while!
