I want to leave this review not for me to cry but to save some poor soul who decides to book this hotel. My wife and I arrived to no one at the desk we stood there talking and waiting and saw there was a bell and after some time rang it. Litterly 10 feet away the front desk lady pops up from behind a glass partition where she could have easily heard us sitting there talking. She was unfriendly checking us in. The elevator floor going up to our room was filthy. We got to our room and when we went inside the first smell we were hit with was dog odor. Unfortunately we were told this was the last available room or we would have left and since I used my free Hilton night to book I dug in and stayed. I got into bed and then found trash between the comforter and the sheet so no one had changed the sheets from the prior hotel guest. I sneezed all night long due to the cleaners obviously not cleaning the dog hair out of the room. In the morning my wife and I didn’t even eat breakfast we got the heck out of there. Worse hotel I ever stayed at. I may sound like a Ken or Karen I’m not asking for anything other than hope someone reads this and saves theirselves some money and time staying here. Read the other reviews. This hotel is obviously not managed very well. Walk in and see how dirty the place is before u pay. Wish u luck.

Location was good.

Our kids enjoyed the pool. Room seemed clean.

This was a very nice hotel for a reasonable price. Although, I didn’t meet Matt personally, he was excellent when I talked to him on the phone. He was very helpful and accommodating. But the visit fell short at check in. The lady who checked me in was a bit older and had dark hair and glasses and a t-rex cup. I said I did digital check in. I’m a diamond member and I gave my room number, last name, and the last 4 digits of my card. That should be sufficient. She was kind of rude and got a little irate and demanded my ID. I nicely explained everything and she told me to go get my ID or she can turn off my digital key. I expect better service as a diamond member. I should’ve just done strictly digital check in so I didn’t have to deal with anyone. I wasn’t expecting this kind of treatment. I would stay here again, but that lady needs a coaching on her attitude

Great spacious rooms with kitchen area.

We arrived later at night after being stranded by a snow storm and crash on the interstate. Kyle was at the front desk and was very friendly and helpful. He let us use the phone and after checking us in, he brought warm tea up to our room. Thanks for being welcoming and responding kindly to a tough situation Kyle!

I truly do not have the words to express my gratitude while staying here. The staff was absolutely amazing and kind. My daughter and I have had a rough few months and I asked if they could do anything to the room to make it cool and they decorated it with some balloons, truly a God given day I love love love

It was just a quick one night stay but the bed was comfy and the staff was nice! Ill be back.
