I truly do not have the words to express my gratitude while staying here. The staff was absolutely amazing and kind. My daughter and I have had a rough few months and I asked if they could do anything to the room to make it cool and they decorated it with some balloons, truly a God given day I love love love
Nothing it was fabulous
I had to eat and leave before breakfast was served. It would be nice of breakfast was served by 6:00 a.m.
I had to go to bed at 8:30 p.m. for an early morning, and there was a guy vacuuming right outside my door while I was trying to go to sleep.
Also, there for no cleaning supplies of any type in the exercise room. There should always be spray and towels or wipes for the equipment. There was absolutely nothing.
Old, dated. Sofa had hole and stains. Hand soap didn’t work. Bath room was old looking. Breakfast don’t open til 7 and poor selection.

Breakfast and personal were not good at all.

We were given a room that beds weren’t made, went to front desk to report & she stated “ well damn” here’s a different room! So had to move from 3rd floor to 2nd floor! Next room given no shampoo or conditioner! Breakfast, the toast was hard, potatoes fell a part an stuck to pan! Apple juice had no taste!
Very clean hotel. plenty of amenities for family travel and the staff was friendly. But the walls are thin, we could hear dogs barking and noise from the room above us. Still a great place to stay and I will stay here again!
Disappointed never heard from upper management was promised twice. Reflects how little they value customers.

My stay at this Hilton hotel was quite disappointing.
The cleaning schedule of every other day is not respected, and sometimes up to seven days pass without the room being cleaned. Furthermore, when cleaning does occur, the bed is not properly made, and neither the gel nor the dish soap is replenished.
The sofa has multiple stains, and the desk chair is also dirty, with visible sweat marks. Additionally, the trash is not regularly taken out, causing unpleasant odors and discomfort. Moreover, the breakfast is made solely from precooked or processed products

We like this chain a lot so we’re glad to have it in the Iowa City area. We will be back.
Ruim en schoon Hotel met een kleine keuken, heel fijn voor een gezin , goed ontbijt en personeel, zoals Mama in de keuken bij het ontbijt.
