Zimmer war ok. Betten gut.

Cons:

Ich hatte bei der Abreise mein hochwertiges Marken-Sakko im Zimmer aus Versehen liegengelassen. Nach Nachfrage zu meinem Sakko ein paar Tage später ist mir mitgeteilt worden, dass nicht liegengeblieben ist.

Pros:

ambiance chaleureuse, que ce soit du fait de l'accueil ou du décor (boiseries, meubles rustiques, feu de bois dans la cheminée de la salle à manger, ...). Chambre très confortable, salle d'eau immense !

Cons:

une petite mauvaise surprise : le restaurant était fermé (mais c'est la faute au Concordat qui fait que les Alsaciens ne travaillent pas le lendemain de Noël !)

Une bonne adresse à retenir
Pros:

Hôtel plein du charme alsacien avec de belles décorations de NOEL dans de beaux espaces.
L'emplacement près de la rue commerçante et du marché de NOEL.
La chambre spacieuse bien agencée avec grand placard et coffre, la salle de bain très agréable. Lit très confortable.
Le petit déjeuner complet dans salle avec feu de cheminée !!!!
Personnel de qualité.

Cons:

Tout était parfait. Même le prix.

Les lits sont tous des lits 1 place.
Rapprochés l'un de l'autre pour faire 1 lit 2 personnes.
Dans la nuit, ils glissent. Un de nous est tombé entre les deux lits.
