I will NOT use Booking.com ever again!!!
Pros:

The Hotel and person at the front desk.

Cons:

I did not like the fact that Booking.com lost my reservation and had to credit my card. Major inconvenience to say the least! Thankfully, there was a room available for us and the nice man at the front desk took care of us. Nonetheless, I will never use Booking.com again!!!

Booking.com advertised key amenities that were not accurate. I'll be leaving this on my Google revie
Pros:

Breakfast was ok.

Cons:

The selling point on booking.com was the indoor pool. The pool is shut down long term for the summer. The kids cried. The ice machine was broken on our floor, no toilet paper in the room. They wouldn't allow a cancelation when we asked.

Pros:

In darkness, we couldn't figure out why our GPS kept prompting a U turn--- finally I called the motel & the kind gentleman stayed on the phone to guide us to the motel. Apparently, the U turn prompts were due to the meridian (so no left turn into the parking lot).

Cons:

The room heater is very noisy! At 4:30 am, I turned the temperature down 5 degrees but it still came on.

Pros:

Breakfast was excellent. Location was perfect. We went to Adventureland and only took a matter of minutes to reach hotel

Cons:

We had 6 kids with us and the pool was closed. Web sight said it would reopen on July 5th. This was the 6th. We were able to walk across parking lot to super 8 and use their pool since it was same management.
