Frustrante y sin ninguna empatia por parte de los empleados del hotel

Cons:

Hice la reserva para una hbitacion de fumador (error mío) y una de NO FUMADOR, pero cuando llegamos las dos reservar eran para fumadores. Por mas que le explicamos al personal del hotel que necesitabamos por lo menos una de las habitaciones como NO fumador porque mi hija es asmatica, no hubo forma de que nos dieran la abiacion.

Ótima localização. Hospedei-me para ir a uma live no Zepp Nagoya. E como era perto fui para a live e voltei andando para o hotel.
