Pros:

Great location in the city center, excellent breakfast with a wide variety of choices, and clean/updated rooms with a small refrigerator and extra pillows provided.

Cons:

Nothing negative, though an extra blanket in the room would be nice for the cooler nights.

Pros:

Была возможность заехать раньше и выехать позже без доплат. Очень удобно, мы никуда не торопились утром, было время погулять. Хорошее месторасположение. Предоставили место для автомобиля. В номере чисто. Хороший отель

Cons:

Завтрак был средний. В комнате был запах табака, видимо курили в соседнем номере. В номере был стол, но не было стула. Пришлось пододвигать стол чтобы поработать за ноутбуком

Personal sehr hilfsbereit

Cons:

Hatte das Hotel extra gebucht, weil wir Personen mit Gehhilfen dabei hatten und der Eingang ohne Barriere war. Das Hotel hatte aber keine anderen Gäste, wir mussten von dem Personal aus dem Hotel nebenan versorgt werden. Also mussten wir um in das Utkubey und zurück zu kommen mehrere Stufen überwinden. Das war extrem stressig für mich als Begleitung. Auch wenn das Personal vom Uğurlu Hotel sich wirklich sehr viel Mühe gegeben hat.

Excellent option
Pros:

There was a staff at the reception at around 2:30am in the morning. Completed the procedures and handed over the keys without any hassles. The room and toilet was clean. Its right opposite to the market and near the main sights. Breakfast was excellent with many options.

Cons:

As my room was street facing it became noisy very soon other than that no complaints.

Cons:

Kamer stonk verschrikkelijk naar sigarettengeur terwijl ik om een rookvrije kamer had gevraagd. Bed was totaal niet comfortabel en de kamer was nogal stoffig. Douche en wc hebben een klapdeur ipv een normale deur of een schuifdeur wat ik ook echt slecht vind want je hebt geen privacy. Voor de prijs die we hebben betaald vind ik dat we zeer weinig terugkregen. Ontbijt was ook niet te vreten.
