Good staff but bad facilities.
Pros:

I dealt with two members of the staff: Douae (reception) and Abderrazaq (valet). Douae was very kind, pleasant and helpful. Abderrazaq was very professional, helpful, available, always smiling, courteous. Both Douae and Abderrazaq made me enjoy my stay. Koodos to Abderrazaq and Douae.

Cons:

I was with my wife and had one towel only. Also, we woke up on the noise of renovation/works. It was at 7am.
