Pros:

This property is advertised as Sheraton but in fact it is Sharatone and has nothing to do with Sheraton franchise.
The room we booked was found to be in very poor condition specially the toilet area.
Complained about it then they showed us a better condition room but we have to pay extra Rs. 1500 for each day in cash with no receipt. Stayed for two days. The service was very poor.
