Une superbe expérience dans cet hôtel cinq étoiles ! Dès l’arrivée, l’accueil est vraiment chaleureux et professionnel. Le personnel est discret, tout en étant toujours présent et disponible dès qu’on a besoin de quoi que ce soit.
L’établissement est très propre, parfaitement entretenu, et tous les services nécessaires sont à disposition. Les équipes sont agréables, attentionnées et vraiment à l’écoute, sans jamais être envahissantes.
Nous avons passé un excellent séjour et avons particulièrement apprécié la qualité du service et l’atmosphère générale de l’hôtel. Une très belle expérience, que je recommande sans hésiter !

Pros:

Die Zimmer waren sehr schön und gut ausgestattet. Das Essen war sehr vielfältig und abwechslungsreich. Zudem gab es auch viele glutenfreie Speisen, welche auch separat zubereitet wurden und somit frei von Kreuzkontaminationen waren. Wir waren sehr glücklich und zufrieden mit unserem Aufenthalt. Wir sind schon morgens angereist und haben unser Zimmer schon vor der eigentlichen Check-in-Zeit beziehen können.

The pool was good

Cons:

Hotel with no services - the reception staff do not answer the phone and chatter. The air conditioners are noisy. We came on vacation and got up at 5 in the morning. And the breakfast is very poor
