Sehr schönes Hotel mit freundlichem Personal und guter Lage in der Nähe des Stadtzentrums
Pros:

Das Hotel war sehr schön und gepflegt. Die Lage ist hervorragend, da das Stadtzentrum gut zu Fuß oder mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln erreichbar ist. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Un hotel muy completo
Pros:

El hotel en sí está genial y tiene muchos servicios de piscina y spa. El desayuno lo cogimos uno de los días y es muy completo.

Cons:

Al ser un hotel de 5 estrellas es caro, pero cumple perfectamente esa puntuación, ya que tiene muchos servicios

Excellent hotel with great views and friendly staff.
Pros:

Iberostar room’s are big and comfortable enough,
the hotel has an excellent pool which is ideal for relaxation, the staff are very friendly and polite and will go the extra mile to make the guests feel comfortable and relaxed.

Cons:

I liked everything about the property and I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking to stay at a great hotel that makes you feel like home from get go until the last day of your stay.

Excelente hotel.
Pros:

Quarto confortável e grande. Localização excelente. Café da manhã muito bom, mas com pouca variedade de frutas.

Cons:

O banheiro é integrado ao quarto e tem o chuveiro e o sanitário separados, mas a porta do sanitário é do lado da pia, o que tira a privacidade de quem está usando e tem outra pessoa usando a pia

Very nice hotel, prime location
Pros:

The hotel located very close to the city center. We stayed in the suite on the top floor, had a great view of the city. Don’t miss the breakfast, it is outstanding. So is the room service.
The staff is very friendly and helpful. The hotel has an indoor and an outdoor pool with pool bar service. This hotel is absolutely recommended to anyone coming to Lisboa.

Almost perfect
Pros:

For us this hotel was almost perfect. Staff were excellent, beds were comfortable, breakfast was amazing (not cheap but way more than we needed). But what made this hotel especially appealing to us is that it has both a location within walking distance of touristic central Lisbon and also a pool and very good sunbathing area.

All they have to do to make this hotel perfect is to provide some comfortable mattresses for the sun loungers, which were quite hard.

First visit to Lisbon
Pros:

Great hotel. Central to all amenities. Excellent breakfast and superb evening meal. Very helpful front of house. Definitely would recommend and go again.
