Hotel é focado em limpeza, e um super bom atendimento dos funcionários.

Pros:

La chambre est très spacieuse et propre. Dommage que on ne peu pas ouvrir la fenêtre en imposte pour aérer car avec la douche sa devient vite humide.
Petit déjeuner bon et avec du choix.

Cons:

Le spa, très déçue. Pas de pantoufles, l’eau de la piscine et froide. Ne vaut vraiment pas la peine d’y aller ou de choisir cette hôtel pour son spa.

Hotel experience was disappointing and not worth the money
Pros:

Room was very clean

Cons:

Bar was too small, bar staff very rude and ignorant. We found the experience very disappointing, having travelled extensively this was by far our worst experience.
Checking in procedure was terrible even though we had checked in previously online.

Das Zimmer hatte genügen Platz und eine gute Ausstattung.

Es war nicht so sauber für ein 5-Sterne Hotel. Ausserdem war der Platz am Pool sehr knapp.

Achei OK! Para um hotel que fosse 3/4 estrelas. Agora para um 5 estrelas é BEM decepcionante ainda mais por conta do

Cons:

Minha pia ficou vazando a viagem toda, pedimos para concertar. Acredito que não foram ou se foi não resolveu e também a moça que limpa a via que estava vazando todas as vezes e “ignorava”
