Hotel experience was disappointing and not worth the money
Pros:

Room was very clean

Cons:

Bar was too small, bar staff very rude and ignorant. We found the experience very disappointing, having travelled extensively this was by far our worst experience.
Checking in procedure was terrible even though we had checked in previously online.

Cons:

Minha pia ficou vazando a viagem toda, pedimos para concertar. Acredito que não foram ou se foi não resolveu e também a moça que limpa a via que estava vazando todas as vezes e “ignorava”

Great hotel, but needs a bit of sprucing up
Pros:

My first impressions of the Iberostar upon arriving were very positive. The staff were genuinely friendly and welcoming.

Upon waking up, I noticed mould in the curtains and shower, and started to notice quite a bit of wear and tear in the lobby areas. One of the lifts was malfunctioning throughout my stay, which was frustrating as there was no apparent way to use the stairs. I was upgraded to a suite free of charge which was a lot more spacious. There was a bit of mould on the curtains in the lounge area of the room, so I think the hotel has to start having a closer look at this.

Both bedrooms I had in terms of layout were very spacious, with plentiful storage and excellent amenities such as a Nespresso machine and fridge. Both rooms were quiet, especially given the suite was street facing at a lower level.

The breakfast was flawless, with plenty of choice and personable staff, who seemed very authentic and human, which is sometimes missing from five-star hotels.

The gym was very poor, and I think the hotel should think about adding more machines, especially given that there are no decent pay-as-you-go gyms in reasonable walking distance.

Can't fault the hospitality of the staff at reception and in the breakfast areas, would stay here again. Five-star service and food, four-star in terms of the general quality of the finishes.

Good service
Pros:

Was very well run, excellent location for thr location of my work.
Rooms very clean and comfortable, however when I arrived the swimming pool had just closed for the winter!!
Breakfast was well stocked, bht could have had a little more variety.
Would return for a business trip again.

Overall, it is a very nice hotel but need to review its restaurant menu , the bar prices, and add some teach bins within
Pros:

Location and cleanness

Cons:

There is no trash bin at any place within the hotel, neither at the floors or at the lobby.
The restaurant needs to relook at the menu and the variety.
Also the hotel price was a little higher than the other hotels within the area. The bar prices was too much higher than any places, the bar prices was expensive.
