Disappointing and I won't come back. My guests visiting me also told me why I chose such a hotel!
Pros:

It is definitely not a 5 star hotel breakfast! The coffee machine is not user friendly which need to be operated by the staff and causing so much waiting time for coffee. The spread of the food is lousy, you all need to learn from other hotel.

Cons:

Many things need to be better, one of it is the car parking facility. The system is so confusing and valet parking is not coping well when the demand is high.
The quality of food is not up to standard for 5 stars and a lot to learn from say One World!

Pleasant stay.
Pros:

Room, Breakfast, Fitness room all are good. Meet our expectation.

Cons:

There was a musty smell on corridor on Floor 13A and in a room. We did asked to do the vacuum cleaner during our stay. The staffs were pleasant and helpful.

Pros:

Vriendelijk personeel, goede service, makkelijk te bereiken, dicht bij skytrain en shopping mall

Cons:

Bedden sliepen niet zo lekker, airco maakte herrie, ontbijt viel tegen, erg aziatisch, mist de Sofitel vibe die je ergens anders wel vindt

Overall my stay was made pleasant with the friendly and helpful hotel staff.

The room is spacious, clean and the hotel staff were very hospitable.

Cons:

The air conditioner vent in our room is layered with dust. It would be good to do a clean up.

Excellent business hotel
Pros:

Modern clean design. Staff very friendly. Arrived 3pm and room was not ready, after expressing my disappointment I was upgraded to a bigger corner room.
Good amenities, beds are as comfortable as it gets.

Cons:

The mall attached is not really worth going for except some good restaurants.
