Room was spacious and clean. Bathroom was excellent with powerful shower and tub. The amenities were lovely. Shower gel by Balmain was exquisite. Breakfast was very good with a lot of options.
The bed and pillows were too soft. The lighting in the room was very dim and difficult to get ready. Only limited tea packets available. Other than that, the stay met our expectations.
Everything was nice. Lovely location next to the mall.
The staff who checked me in was so rude. I asked for early check in because I did come from India long flight and I have my little one 2 years old. She told me there is no room available. As soon as I said I will pay extra she had vacant room out of the sky. I can understand about the business but there is a way to talk to customers. I travel around the world as I live in London. Because I always go with family I never had trouble early check in. But this time it was horrible.

Des l’entrée dans la chambre une odeur très désagréable d’humidité de plus la réception n’était absolument pas ouverte à la discussion j’ai dû demander le contact du responsable afin de trouver des solutions, de plus j’avais mis dans la réservation mes deux enfants l’hôtel n’a pas prévue en amont de prévoir un lit supplémentaire et m’ont demandé de payer les petits déjeuner de mes enfants j’ai trouver cela non professionnel
