Pros:

Уютный отель, не плохое расположение отеля, отзывчивый персонал, очень удобно что мы и они могли общаться на русском языке, нормальные завтраки, жалко не работал телевизор, понадобился поздний выезд, помогли, всем довольны!

Очень симпатичный по оформлению отель с хорошим завтраком в удобном месте.
За такую цену конкурентов практически нет, при том что в номере есть и чайник, и холодильник и кондиционер, смело рекомендую!

Total mess! Better to avoid staying even few hours
Pros:

Actually nothing!

Cons:

The walls in the rooms were dirty.
The bathroom was dirty, specifically under the shower.
The A/C was noisy and made nasty sounds.
The toaster in the breakfast area was broken.
There were not enough pillow.
There few pillows were covered with used sheets.
The beds were not king as mentioned in the booking and website of Hotel.
We arrived around midnight and left the hotel next morning.
We have photos of dirty walls and bathroom.
I communicated with the owner by message through Booking.com but the owner rudely did not accepted any responsibility.
I recommend Booking.com shows responsibility and remove such hotels from the list of hotels in Tbilisi, Georgia.

Pros:

No lift facility and no staff assistance and with great difficulty lifted all to the room
No welcome and all reception gloomy mood
Found balcony locks are in broken condition which gave a insecurity feelings

Unfortunately, we were unable to stay at this hotel. After inspecting the accommodation, we found numerous stains and greasy marks on various surfaces, which we documented with photographs.

We asked for another suitable two-room accommodation, but the administrator told us that no other one was available. Later, in written correspondence, the hotel claimed that another suitable option had been available, which directly contradicted what we were told at the property.

As a result, we had to urgently move to another hotel and pay for accommodation again. There, for a slightly lower price, we received clean and comfortable rooms that fully met our normal expectations.

What disappointed us most was not simply that a problem occurred, but how it was handled. We were initially very understanding and genuinely tried to resolve the situation amicably, but no refund was provided.

I hope the hotel learns from this experience and improves both its cleanliness standards and the way it handles problems when they arise.

Pros:

The style of the hotel is cool, breakfast is good. Lady receptionist is also kind and 24 hours reception is good. The room size is also very good.

Cons:

The guy behind the desk sounded and appeared unfriendly. The beds were not comfortabke and the shower was broken, thus working only halfly. Also the bathroom is very outdated and damages are not repaired. For a four star hotel I exoected better
