Staff are reception desk were exceptional. One in particular, from memory her name was Sergi, or something similar. She helped me with taxi, restaurant and sites to see in Trabzon and surrounding region.

What hospitality?
Pros:

Very unfortunate that the staff at the hotel made our life more difficult and caused problems throughout our stay.. From the way they handled guests or dealt with issues, they seriously need to consider whether they are in the hospitality sector

Ik verbleef voor een dag.
Kamer was zeer schoon
Locatie is perfect voor winkels, zee, luchthaven.
Ontbijt: voldoende variaties en avondmaaltijd was er voldoende keuzes.
checkin was heel snel, ik had 30min van te voren hotel gereserveerd, alles was snel geregeld.

Not bad but can be better if improved some areas
Pros:

Not a bad hotel.. We had some inconvenient situations like.. Water was cut off for about 5 hours.. The breakfast was acceptable to some extent.. Bakery items are minimal and not fresh.. Cleaning is not pleasant.. Only replacing shower gel and towels and the bed quickly without cleaning surfaces and carpets... Location in vital... Some staff are very good and some other need to be trained.. They customer requests... Either dont understand or ignoring them
