Exceptionally clean, helpful staff

Good, clean place to stay near KL Sentral. I had a room without a window and it was fine. The only thing lacking is a luggage table. Had to keep my suitcase on the floor.

I stayed 3 nights at this hotel.
Located in an OK area not very far to KL Sentral railway station, and right next to KL Sentral MRL station.
A fee was charged for paying for accommodation by card, not very high.
Many cheap restaurants in the area, frequented mainly by locals. But all with Indian specialties.
There are also a few groceries.
The room, not very big, but clean.
In the room you have a TV (bad signal, noisy picture, I wasn't interested anyway), a fridge, a kettle, a ceiling fan and AC which worked very well. There is no plug next to the bed.
In the hallway (so not in the room) there is an ironing board and iron that can be used by all customers on that floor.
Friendly and helpful staff.
Good Wi-Fi.

Charged me taxes twice and tried to steal my money claiming I should buy the towel because I used it. No windows, just a box not a room. Rude, dirty, unsafe.

Beds were fantastic!
Big well equipped workout room on 5th floor and a veranda there where you can lounge with a great view of the skyline.

Perfect location, my room had hot water , fridge , kettle, and a really comfortable bed..With good pillows . I suffer from chronic COPD . I was able to sleep in bed ...normally in a chair

Ok stay in India quarter.
Good location for KL Sentral connectivity.
Despite booking being two identical rooms, we're offered a much smaller room which took much insistence for matter to be resolved.
No daily water refill (or maid service should you need it)
It appears as though recent refurb which will soon tarnish by some indentations seen.
Only one lift.
Breakfast at open air ABC cafe round the corner & very poor quality.

The room was small, smelly, and lacked windows. Their TVs are not connected to their wifi and the wifi constantly kicked you off and you have to log back in. It was cheap, but I personally wished I spent more for a nicer experience.

The staff was very helpful and and accommodating.
We requested to have a room next door to my father in law and the hotel were able to accommodate us which was disappointing.
Also the hotel looked like it was recently renovated however there was not too much space in the bathroom to leave our toiletries.

スタッフが皆気さくで良かったです。ホテル内にレストランが無いらしく、朝食付きプランの場合、フロントでミールクーポンをもらえます。ホテル近くの24時間営業のレストランで美味しい朝食が食べれます。2023年年末時点で、観光税が一泊あたりRM10必要でした。KLセントラル駅から近い便利なホテルです。

Only booked this place as a bag drop before going home, and it didn't disappoint.
It was suitable to drop bags off for a few hours.
The room was very small, and no windows. Had hardly enough room to turn around, but for MYR 30/night, it served its purpose.
I would have to be on a very very tight budget to consider staying here .
On the plus side, it looked fairly clean and located in the middle of Little India if you plan exploring. Not recommended if you have claustrophobia issues.
