Pros:

O Hotel tem nome, é ótimo, ótima acomodação, mas tenho alguns pontos que não gostei.

Cons:

Atendimento da recepção, nada receptivos, super secos e de mal humor, o edredon era de solteiro e a cama queen, pedi um outro e me deram o mesmo.
Pedi café e tudo era pago, inclusive pra usar a maquina de café do quarto tinha que pagar.
Pelo valor da diária não compensa.

tenho me hospedado varias vezes este ano, e ontem por ex. nao havia nenhuma toalha no qarto, ligei na recepcao e fui informada q teria q descer para poder pedir isto, sem pé e sem cabeça....
o vaso sanitario nao esta com a fita de higienizacao
frigobar com falta de reposicao

recepcionistas q ficam a noite, respondem de forma mto rispida o hospede.

Good for the room and location.
Pros:

Comfortable and clean room. The hotel is very well located!

Cons:

Most of the staff (reception) act indifferently towards the presence of a guest. The person who checked me in was very friendly, the others barely look at you. The kitchen staff are very friendly, as is the cleaning staff.

Pros:

Location is great, check-in and checkout were nice, its next to a large shopping mall which offers shopping and lots of food options. Parking is extra and cost R$30 daily, which at 7:10am can take up to 30 min to get your car from the parking, so plan ahead. Room was clean,

Cons:

The breakfast was okay, but the eggs were overcooked on all occasions, the sweets were okay, bread and jam selection was good. But they were low on staff which probably made the cleanness of the breakfast area and the reposition speed. One downside is that no paper cups were available for the coffee, this could be improved. the bed is very stiff, more than usual, so this may matter to you.
