Cons:

A limpeza e higiene do quarto deixou a desejar. Além disso, o número de funcionários parece insuficiente para atender ás necessidades dos hospedes. Os quartos não possuem frigobar e qualquer necessidade de consumo, o hospede deve descer e tem aguardar a fila de check in para ser atendido o podendo demorar, dependendo do movimento, principalmente à noite.

Cons:

Recepcionista muito mal educada.Não tem telefone no quarto nem para falar internamente para pedir um travesseiro a mais, por exemplo. Tive que descer na recepção para pedir cobertor e travesseiro. Internet não funcionava. Não tem frigobar. A recepcionista informou que nenhum quarto tem frigobar e telefone, mesmo pagando mais.
