Hotel novo, ótimas instalações, limpo, restaurante muito bom e equipe extremamente atenciosa e muito gentil (recepção e meninos do restaurante). Adorei e recomendo!

Excelente habitação
Pros:

A habitação é extremamente ampla, com frigobar, microondas, mesa, pia ... banheiro bom e com produtos de excelente qualidade. Precisava fazer algo nas redondezas e a localização foi excelente para o que me propunha. Staff educada. Voltaria à me hospedar.

Cons:

Poderia haver café da manhã já no preço pago pela estadia. Há como pagar à parte, mas é mais um desembolso.

A equipe do hotel é extremamente gentil, atenciosa e prestativa. O café da manhã é excelente, e a limpeza dos quartos e das áreas comuns também merece destaque.

Cons:

O único ponto negativo é o processo de check-in, que é excessivamente demorado. A impressão é que isso acontece devido à grande quantidade de telas, formulários e etapas que os atendentes precisam preencher no sistema. É nítido que até os próprios funcionários ficam constrangidos com a lentidão e a ineficiência do processo, mesmo se esforçando para prestar um bom atendimento.

Com uma simplificação do check-in, a experiência do hóspede seria muito melhor e estaria à altura da excelente qualidade da equipe e da estrutura do hotel.

Excelente localização para a nossa necessidade. Já fiquei em hoteis Mercure BEM melhor!!!
Pros:

Localização excelente para nós que fomos num show no Espaço Unimed. Café da manhã bem gostoso. Chuveiro e sabonetes muito bons.

Cons:

Cama de casal, na verdade era um sofá cama, no quarto que ficamos e que na reserva não foi informado isto! TV com tela azul, me parece que é uma TV mais velha e sem manutenção. Demora demais no check in. Restaurante com poucas opções de jantar, não gostamos dos pratos que comemos. Água em caixa, com preço absurdo de 15,00 reais, ficamos indignados ao pagar no check out.

Maravilhosa!
Pros:

A localização é excelente, principalmente se o seu objetivo é assistir algum show no Espaço Unimed. A caminha do hotel para a casa de show é de no máximo 10 minutos. Em relação a hospedagem, o banheiro é ótimo, é espaçoso e o espelho é perfeito para fazer maquiagem. O atendimento dos recepcionistas merece um destaque pela atenção, paciência e educação, assim como o restante da equipe do hotel, que quando precisei estavam a disposição.

A localização do hotel é muito segura e tranquilo. Gostei muito do espaço. Quarto muito confortável. Café da manhã muito bom e com muitas opções. O hotel é ao lado do Memorial da América Latina.
