A nossa estadia não foi condizente com a bandeira Mercure, diária cara para o que oferece.
Quarto simples, travesseiros péssimos, não tem frigobar no quarto, ar condicionado barulhento, se precisar de uma água tem que descer, como no Íbis que é metade do preço.
Piscina suja.
O café da manhã é bem simples, suco de caixinha, não é natural.
Reservamos quarto com duas camas de solteiro, informaram que iam pedir pra juntarem as camas e colocarem o pillow, mas a camareira nunca apareceu.
Em São Paulo tem outros hotéis do mesmo valor que valem MUITO mais a pena.
Impecável, sem nenhuma consideração que desabone.

The hotel is nice and de location is good if you’re there for to do something around the area.
The room is good, just comes out of the faucet drops of water.
The room had a dishwater machine, fridge, stove, but not one plate, cup, pans, nothing. This is not fare. No one cup for to drink water. Ahhh a small bottle of water cost R$ 15,00 but at the same street cost R$ 4,00.
Continuing… no amenities in the room. Excuse me, the hotel is not a B&B but is poor like a rat.

A estadia foi ótima!!! Estrutura do quarto apesar do sofá cama estar quebrado, foi ótima, cama boa, travesseiros bom, cozinha maravilhosa bem completa, chuveiro ótimo e por fim o café da manhã também muitooo bom!!
Porém a limpeza deixou muitoooo a desejar, acredito que os cantos e rodapés do quarto nunca foram limpos, o chão está muito grudento e sujo, móveis com poeira e os da cozinha com gordura e marcas de outros hóspedes!!! em todos os dias de estadia só foi recolhido o lixo do banheiro e trocada as toalhas… não é feita a limpeza do chão, do banheiro nadaaaa!!! Precisava urgente de uma supervisão no serviço de limpeza

Excelente em todos os quesitos. Ficamos no 22andar com balcao e com cafe da manha, que nos surpreendou pela variedade e qualidade de opcoes. Funcionarios muito atenciosos.
Apesar da aparência geral ser de um prédio moderno, a moldura da porta para a sacada estava caindo, uma das cadeiras estava suja e uma das toalhas de banho estava puída, pelo preço cobrado, não pode ter essas falhas. A cama é confortável, ao menos no décimo sétimo andar, é silencioso a noite, o café da manhã é muito bom, funcionários atenciosos e prestativos.
