Loved the Hotel, staff was excellent to me, food was very good, and stay here again!
Pros:

All was very good, particularly the menu and German food - not like home but very good.

Cons:

only issue was the room I had was outside corner second floor which had excessive street noise all day and night.

We didn't mind our time at the Clarkton. We only stayed one night in preparation for flights and the hotel did the job. Other reviews have mentioned the cigarette smoke, but we never experienced any of that and indeed our room had a "no smoking" sign near the bed. Facilities are basic, but the rooms are a good size. The pool and outdoor area are excellent. We didn't eat or drink at the hotel, however if you chose to do so you could. The location is great for flights, but a little away from the bright lights of walking street and certainly a drive away from Clark Mall which is huge. I first stayed at the Clarkton in the early 80's so it was great to see the improvements that have taken place. Would we stay here again? For sure for flight convenience, but not if we wanted the nightlife and mall.

Great value and excellent facilities.
Pros:

Everything. Good size room, very comfortable bed, excellent shower and very clean.
Staff were very friendly and helpful.
Lovely swimming pool with eating area.
Very relaxing atmosphere.

Great hotel
Pros:

Me and. My friend stayed here for 1 week , the room was superb and very spacious over looking the pool , the food in the hotel and the bar were great too , you couldn’t have got any better staff they were very efficient and very polite
