Cons:

There’s no elevator. The room description says hairdryers are provided, but there wasn’t one in our room. I called the front desk and I was told they didn’t have any available because the hotel was fully booked. That means there’s not one in every room as advertised. Other than that, the room was comfortable.

Pros:

SMモール、Walking street とのフリーシャトルが非常に便利でした。一度SMモールから乗ろうと思いましたが来ませんでした。（来たけど駐車できずにどこかに行ったのかと推測しました）ピックアップ場所をしっかり確認してください。
セブンイレブンがすぐ横にあり便利です。
ロケーションは街から離れていますが、街のホテルは歓楽街近くでうるさそうなので、そういう意味では若干ですが静かな方かと思いました。
部屋のアメニティで水がついています。シャンプーとボディーソープ、歯ブラシもありました。
Wifiはちゃんと繋がって良いです。ベッドも寝心地良かったです。

Cons:

プールの見えない部屋は、ただの部屋です。金額に対してコスパは良くありません。写真ほどきれいな感じではなく、古さが目立つので、少し高いと感じました。ちなみにプールは汚いからか誰も入っていませんでした。入れるようですが、実質飾りです。
ロケーションは、SMモールからかなり離れています。
また、壁が薄いというか、廊下の声など丸聞こえなので、壁に大きな隙間でもあるのかと思ったほどです。
フィリピン全体に言えるのかもしれませんが、シャワーの水圧はかなり心許ないです。桶で集めて流します。

If You stay anywhere else your wasting your money - this is a hidden gem!
Pros:

Staff was overwhelmingly nice, efficient, kind and tentative. If I had the funds available now Id buy the Hotel

Cons:

THe first week I had room 240 which was inundated with road noise. The Staff made adjustments the next stay.

Pros:

Everything was fine, but the mosquitoes in the room. Though when I complained they spayed the room with a repellent.
Their cook is amazing. Squid rings were very soft and tasty. Highly recommended.
