Pros:

Nous avons pour le moment passé trois nuits à l’Empress Zoe hotel et nous avons particulièrement apprécié l’établissement dans son ensemble : la chambre (standard) était tres jolie, le jardin où prendre le petit déjeuner très apaisant (le break fast est délicieux et très qualitatif), le personnel est très sympa, et il y a une très belle terrasse avec vue sur le Bosphore. La localisation pour explorer Sultanahmet est top. Merci!

Pros:

Hotel curiós, amb molt d'encant situat a la zona de Sultanahmed, la més turística de la ciutat. Malgrat el bullici de gent, aquest hotel és un oasi de pau i tranquil·litat. La decoració és molt curiosa i el personal excel·lent en el tracte. Ens van guardar les maletes després de fer el check-out. L'esmorzar molt bo i variat, i poder menjar al pati és un punt extra. Faciliten una font d'aigua fresca filtrada que és molt convenient.

Cons:

Després de reservar l'habitació doble econòmica (sense dret a cancel·lació) ens van informar que aquesta era petita i sorollosa, i ens en van oferir una altra pagant un suplement. Hauríem agraït saber aquesta informació abans de fer la reserva.
L'habitació és força fosca.

Relaxing stay and delicious breakfast
Pros:

The location was great, and the style of the building and room were nice.
The breakfast was really good and the cats super cute.

Cons:

The bed was slightly short length wise, it was just about ok for me, but for a tall person it may be too small.

Pros:

The garden, the breakfast, the breakfast chef, the kittens, the location

Cons:

The reception was shut for painting which made coming and going harder. The bed was too small and uncomfortable, the pillows way too soft. No top sheet.

A charming, simple little hotel with bags of character, friendly staff and a fantastic location.
Pros:

Friendly, helpful staff, great location, air con, charm and simplicity. Loved the courtyard and roof terrace.

Cons:

The bathroom would benefit from an extractor fan and the toilet flusher was loose.

Highly recommend!
Pros:

Wonderful location, just a short walk from the historic part of town and convenient public transportation. The freshly prepared breakfast, with daily cooked and baked specialties, was excellent. The staff was exceptionally kind, welcoming, and accommodating, making our stay even more enjoyable. The terrace offers beautiful views of the Bosphorus and the city's mosques.

Pros:

Das Frühstück war sehr gut! Meist Hausgemachte türkische Spezialitäten, welche die Liebe Sevim selber macht. Es hat an nichts gefehlt. Das Personal ist sehr hilfsbereit und sehr freundlich. Vor allem Sevim und Bülent, welche das Frühstück vorbereitet und Bülent, der morgens und Abends immer sehr Freundlich da war. Der Jusuf, der Allrounder war auch stets offen für alle kulturellen Fragen da. Er arbeitet bereits 24 Jahre in diesem Hotel. Das Hotel hat einen wunderschönen Garten mitten in der Stadt. Eine Dachterrasse mit Liegestühlen, Tische und Stühle mit Meerblick. Ideal um sein mitgebrachtes Abendessen über den Dächern von Istanbul einzunehmen. Viele Sehenswürdigkeiten sind alle ganz in der Nähe.

Cons:

Das Hotel ist mitten in Istanbul, wenn man ein Zimmer zur Strasse hat, kann es sehr laut werden, da es viele Restaurants und Läden gleich unten an der Strasse gibt. Ein Zimmer zum Garten buchen.

This hotel is a hidden gem in Istanbul, the location could not be more central or perfect.
Pros:

This family run hotel is charming, enchanting and full of character. The staff are quite exceptional and helpful - always going above & beyond the call of duty. They make one feel welcome and at home and nothing is too much trouble for them. The courtyard garden and roof terrace are oases of tranquility. Our stay could not have been more perfect. Pros:

The hotel is beautifully decorated with charming and unique details in every room. Staff are friendly and helpful and we enjoyed both the garden and the rooftop (with views of the Bosphorus) immensely. The whole place is like a sanctuary in Sultanahmet.
