Pros:

The town of Karatas and its beaches are in a very neglected state.
This hotel is the only bright spot in entire Karatas.
The rooms are big and comfortable, with a big terrace and nice sea view.

Cons:

As of this year the hotel no longer has its own beach. There is now trash on that beach because no one maintains it.
After booking the hotel raised the breakfast prices and insisted that payment should be made at the new prices.

The hotel needs some updates, but was adequate.
Pros:

The staff was friendly. Breakfast was okay, but was served later than we wanted so we missed it on two days. Parking was available.

Cons:

The room needed some work, stained walls and tables, overall worn down looking. The neighborhood was quite loud. The room stayed very hot even when the ac was running.

In the booking information about the hotel it is stated that the cost of one breakfast is 5 euro. Nevertheless attendants told us that the prize was… 20 euro!

Pros:

Yani otel güzeldi, tasarım vb. hoştu. Sadece banyodan pek hoşlanmadım, biraz dardı yerler bir değişikti. Personel çok ilgili değildi, genel olarak fena değildi diyebilirim. Ama keşke Adana da merkezde kalsaymışız. Otelin civarında hiçbir şey yoktu. Hep vasat yerler. Çok ilginçti. Akşam dışarı çıkıp gezecek eğlenecek doğru dürüst bir mekan yoktu. Ama bu otelin Karataş'ta bulunabilecek en iyi otel olduğuna kanaat getirdim kesinlikle. Bir daha Karataş'ta kalmak zorunda kalsam yine bu otelde kaldırdım.

Pros:

Otel, civardaki otellerle kıyaslanırsa çok çok daha yeni görünüyor. Oda temizdi. Personel ilgili ve güleryüzlüydü. Oda geniş deniz manzaralıydı. Otelin terasında verilen kahvaltı güzel, doyurucuydu. Karataş'a ilk defa gidecekseniz acayip salaş bir yer, denizi temiz değil. Covid dolayısıyla otelin kendi deniz kenarındaki şezlonglarının kurulmasına izin vermemişler ama hemen 5 dk yürüyüş mesafesinde denize girilebilecek nispeten temiz ve nispeten daha az insanın olduğu bir alan var. Karataş'a kafa dinlemek için gidilir, ömürde bir defa bence yeterlidir.

Pros:

Nice location near beach. Wonderful staff. The town caters mainly to Turkish tourists, which we really enjoyed. Nice swimming in the sea. The town is a bit run down in places but quiet and relaxing.
