El olor de la habitación, ya que no era un olor a suciedad, pero sí generado por la calidad de los productos de limpieza que se usan
Everything was fine! We felt comfortable, just a little detail: the smell's room was a little annoying, because it smells to cheap clean products.

Worst service ever. They don't let you out of the property before 7 AM.
Staff was very friendly and helpful; had trouble with expedia getting the specific accommodations we wanted but hotel staff changed to better situation once we arrived; comfortable atmosphere; nice pool and patio area; Guatemalan dishes in restaurant were great, other food less so. Very close to the various amusement parks. Overall very pleased and would recommend
The customer service is at a 100% for very friendly, cleaness. Food was great at restaurant and the pool was very clean, well maintained. No issues finding the Hotel and theme parks are 2-5 min away very convenient. 100% recommended will book for future stay.

Nos hospedamos en una suite, en general en el hotel incentiva el reciclaje y uso de energía no fósil. El baño es pequeño pero fundió al para lo que se necesita. El personal es atento te ayudan a resolver las necesidades que necesites, en mi caso fue el transporte y requerimientos en la alimentación. Está cerca de parques de Irtra que es genial para Lis niños.

The hotel rooms we got were clean, good beds and bedding, we got breakfast included for adults which is good and the food was great and affordable children menus, the only thing I didn't like was the shower I hope they can improve it but overall I would still come back and I do recommend it.

Beds weee hard and uncomfortable. Inadequate ventilation and air conditioning. Reserved room types were not delivered.
Hotel bien ubicado a los parques, para mi gusto demasiadas pequeñas las habitaciones el aire acondicionado está muy mal ubicado, los baños muy pequeños.
