LIS Hotel

Family suite has nothing but just a bigger than normal room. The pictures from website mislead consumers.
Bath towels have no softness left; they look terribly with holes.
Molds show up in the ceiling of our bathroom.
The ground floor facility deserves no-star.

Good staff, good service, very clean and safe, having an elevator

Sits right in the middle of the intersection with all the hostels and budget hotels. It looks nice from the street and the room is decent. Bed is firm and had a couple stains on the sheets.

Staff was friendly and spoke some English.

Optional services included private cars for hire to Hoi An, buses to Hoi An, scooter rentals, and bicycle rentals (pedal bikes are free). Was very close to Taco NGON, a well known Mexican/Taiwanese fusion restaurant.

Good budget option.

Pros: Excellent host and staff, big clean room and near the beach.
Cons: (Minor) No view and no blackout curtains.

The room is ok, a bit old but still clean. One of the staff not good in English but still nice and tried to help. Location is nice, accessible and quiet.

Good value for money.

Walking distance to the main beach, dragon bridge, night market and restaurants (about 10 minutes from the hotel. Great price.

Staff was very very helpful. They were wonderful. Thank you guys.

Highly recommended to those with limited budget but still they offer a comfortable place to stay.

I don't know whether I can count this as a negative or merely a curiosity, but the doors do not seem to fit squarely into the doorframes. The doors are a bit smaller, leaving some definite margins around the edges. But the rooms themselves are clean, comfortable and mostly quiet, excepting the occasional renegade fellow guest, but how could anyone control that? The staff is very pleasant.

The staffs Ho and Dinh in the hotel were really nice and friendly. We chatted happily during the time we stayed in the hotel. Ho even recommended seafood restaurant for us to have an delicious dinner in Da Nang. The hotel is clean and convenient to the beach. I definitely will come back to this hotel again!

위치는 미케비치 걸어서갈 수 있구요^^ 객실은 사진과같고 무엇보다 항상 어디가는지 물어서 지도주고, 식당 정보주고 스텝들 너무 좋네요! 저는 첫째날 아팠는데 바로 오토바이 태워서 약국데려가 줬어요. 그리고 호이안까지 가는 오픈버스가 8만동입니다. 이 호텔 덕분에 편안히 여행했어요. 추천합니다^^

Location can be walked to Mike beach ^^ The rooms are like the pictures, above all, asking where to go, giving directions, giving information about restaurants, staffs are so nice! I was sick on the first day, but I took a motorcycle and brought me a pharmacy. And the open bus to Hoi An is 8,000 dong. I traveled comfortably thanks to this hotel. Recommended ^ ^

Hotel is ok, No lift and a bit old. Close to beach and restaurant. Lot of seafood restaurant around, it might take about 10 min walk to beach.

In Vietnam generally standard of hotels are lower... even if you are in 5 star hotel, so this hotel is really brilliant price to value received. Also Hotel manager is a great help and if you only ask that she will tell you where to eat, what to visit, will get you scooter if you want. I think in my week, savings covered stay in hotel so I truly recommend for someone who wants a hotel that is nice place to stay with good location to city and beach.

The hotel is located near My Khe Beach where is the famous beach in Danang.

Clean, quiet and reasonable price room. Staff are nice, friendly and helpful. They are able to communicate well in English, and the hotel provides welcome drinks and free bicycles to cycle around the town.

Great location - near beaches, restaurants and shopping and very affordable. Very friendly and helpful staff - always willing to help and did everything they could to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. Mrs Ho, the Hotel Manager was very engaging and helpful. She even helped me to extend my visa in the country. I highly recommend this place and i still cant believe it is a 3 star hotel only. It should be a five star!
