Sehr fleckige Teppiche in den Korridoren. Empfangsmitarbeiter sind nicht freundlich.
Ein rundum angenehmer Aufenthalt! Besonders hervorheben möchte ich den hervorragenden Service an der Rezeption. Mrs. Ioli L. war jederzeit ausgesprochen freundlich, herzlich und äußerst hilfsbereit. Sie hat sich um jedes Anliegen mit viel Engagement gekümmert und war immer bemüht, schnell eine Lösung zu finden.
Ein Fehler bei der Rechnungsadresse wurde sofort und völlig unkompliziert korrigiert, professionell, schnell und ohne jegliche Probleme. Ein so aufmerksamer und zuvorkommender Service macht den Unterschied.
Vielen Dank für die tolle Betreuung, wir kommen gerne wieder und können das Hotel uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen!

Wij voelden ons niet veilig.
Breakfast was good. Staff changed my room when the first room air con wasn't cold. The second room was cooler but was not cold enough possibly because of the outside temperature was 35 degrees + in the day. Was provided a fan which was great.
Car park fee of 3 euros was charged to park the car for checking and dropping off the luggage. Needed to park the car as there is no drop off point in front of the hotel.
