الموظفين في الفندق رائعين ولكن الخدمات غير جيدة .

حجزت في الفندق ليومين السبت والاحد و كان الخزان الصغير في الغرفة لايعمل اتصلت بالاستقبال جاء موظف للتدقيق الخزان واعلمني بان بطارية الخزان يحتاج الى تبديل و ان المتخصص غير موجود لكوننا في عطلة نهاية الاسبوع وانه سيحضر يوم الاثنين !!!!!
وايظاً في اليوم التالي لم يتم تنظيف الغرفة اعتقد المنظفين أيضاً كانوا في اجازة نهاية الاسبوع !!!!

Will not recommend
Pros:

The hotel charged me for an extra breakfast that I did not have. I stayed 4 nights and paid for 4 breakfast. The invoice was sent for 4 breakfasts but my card was charged for an extra breakfast. I have contacted the hotel and they have not replied.

wij konden er niet overnachten.
omdat we niet in de parkeergarage konden met de auto

Cons:

dat ik toch moest betalen ondanks het feit dat we in een achterbuurt niet onze auto buiten durfden te laten staan en we niet in de parkeergarage konden .
ik had van onze kinderen en kleinkinderen de ski benodigdheden bij en een paar koffertjes met hun kleding.
onze ski,s en onze tassen met duizenden euro,s aan kleding dus buiten met overal junks en zwervers was buiten geen optie .
toen zijn we naar NH hoteles in de buurt van de messe gegaan dus was ik 2 maal geld kwijt.
